The metallic rattle and _clank_ of that foldable handlebar made my skin crawl, and I don't even snowboard. It just looked so inelegantly constructed and cheaply made. I can't imagine any real snowboarder being caught dead on that contraption.

Big mistake bringing photos instead of video, if the product is really that great. Also, just bolting on extra bits to a snowboard really isn’t the best idea. Snowboards are designed to ride on edge, this thing seems like a personal injury lawsuit waiting to happen.

Snow bikes have always failed especially not with the feet strapped in. Leg injuries will ensue and they will be unstable at speed. In France the split steering bike snowboard is banned.

But, a holding company only ownes what the managers put in it and if they decided to not distribute the new company shares to the holding company, then, there is nothing anyone could do about that. Now, had she invest in their likeness then anything they do from there on would be of interest to her. I have only seen those deals in the entertainment industry
I feel like a saw a similar invention on a more recent episode of shark tank, except it wasn't just a cut up bike hot glued to a board. One of the shark's even made a comment about being friends with some famous snowboarder. I think they also got an investment.

It’s pretty interesting that for an equal partnership money/ownership-wise, she wants them to do all the work and she do almost nothing. These dragons all have multiple business investments so it is close to impossible for them to really put much attention towards any of them. They obviously have their “people” do the real work.

One thing I can never figure out about this show is why they look so hesitant to take an offer - they can always pull out after the show. A handshake is not a contract and all contracts have cooling off periods anyway. Say yes to the 33% equity, then figure out whether it’s a mistake after.

I thought it was quite good. I tried snowboarding and found it too difficult to learn quickly (only one day trip) this would have been a lot better for beginners like me.
