This is the best TH-cam video reminding me of some of my time in college, when the whole city bicycled (I mean except the tourists that is)... Hats can be great because they work as a moderator. I was noticeing here how different headtubes can change the steerer tube angle. Long forks compared to shorter forks.
That looked like some serious downhill fun. Some of those roads had banked turns full on down hill. I bet that ride back home is no fun unless you embrace the climb.

his seat is low, his body height is close to full aero tuck on road bike, and his low CG makes him maneuverable, his weight + bike weight are higher, more energy for descent, lol

I would never trust a Grazziella folding bike. It is insane going that fast on one of the worst 1-speed bikes.

the padre's bike is much smaller therefore less wind resistance. so he is able to keep up downhill, it would be quite a different story uphill
