Even without knowing your language you're having any idea what you're actually saying I know what you're saying I'll take the old one old one definitely has cooler pickups a lot cooler pickups much nicer but the new one has a nice cars top on it real good job I like the way you slide up when you're playing The Killing Floor lick

Sounds like the vintage guitar has hotter pickups
lets be fair the reissue just sounds bad. 18:01 the mid position......sounds like hitting a tin can. not that its poorly played or plugged into a bad amp...its just...not there. ive played quite some goldtops made in 90s and 00s and 10s in hong kong. 52/54/56 reissues. none of them are up to par. came across a '56 at nck guitars and that one blew my mind. THAT is how its supposed to sound like. thick, clear, dynamic. i could hear each note clearly even though im cranking the amp and getting a lot of gain. i wish gibson could make the reissue sound closer to that. Or stop trying to shut down the luthiers that can make guitars sound like that. Absolutely disappointed by gibson.
