@@antonygikonyo7914 Thoughts can be the result of low blood sugar or hormones. I am the observer of my thoughts and I choose which one to run with and which one to shut down. That still doesn't answer. Research say they have proof that your brain decide before you are aware of it. I've spent a lot of time alone.
