It is the same with any medical issue while traveling. Traveling internationally in order to intentionally use the medical services of other countries is fine, but the involved governments just don't want "tourists" being a financial drain on their healthcare services.

This is one of the most important parts that our founders put in the constitution. Just like the 2nd amendment, it has far reaching implications beyond anchor babies. It protects us from the government as well and makes citizenship inflexible, and that is a good thing for us all.

Respect to these officers. They were just doing their job. About nine years ago, they stopped me for a routine check because of my name and being a green card holder it’s obvious they will stop you. They didn't ask many questions, but they did need to scan my information. It took about an hour, but they kept me updated. Every 20 minutes or so, they let me know they'd sent my info to immigration and were waiting for clearance. Finally, they welcomed me back into the country. Seeing a video like this about their job makes me appreciate them even more. Much respect! As a Muslim American citizen keep up the great work 😊

I like watching these Border Security videos. It's funny comparing the Australian and British versions to the American ones. Aussie / Brit: "Let's think about this. Let's x-ray this. Let's contact a supervisor. Let's think about it some more. Let's x-ray it again. Let's carefully open it the tiniest bit." American: "Cut that sucker open!" :)
