Thank you for these exercises! They quickly alleviated my pain. I’ll be sure to remember to do them regularly, when the pain shows up. The video was super helpful :D

Our manager booked a day of bowling for our team but since I was suffering from CTS I had no intention of going, but I was persuaded by the manager who reassured me that I could spectate only, not participate. After spectating for a while, the manager pulled me out of the seat saying 'come on, have a go'. I thought the only way to get him off my back was to try to bowl. I can tell you that it was very painful, but something happened, I can honestly say that I have no idea how many balls were bowled, but the pain had disappeared, I only noticed the pain had gone after I stopped playing and sat down again. That was about 20 years ago, I've never suffered from it since.

I find the exercises in the original 2020 video more relieving. However, it is nice to know that I can do the thoracic rotations seated, not kneeling. Thank you for your work.

Recently I started to feel a huge tingling, numbness and burning sensation in both hands at the same time, and it gets really worse at night. Is it possible to have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome on both hands at the same time? I appreciate any answer. thank you so much

You should get a doctor's opinion (most likely you will need to do electromyographys)
And for your own good do what the video suggests, sitting in a chair and a pc for prolonged hours destroys your overall health.
Cure it fast before it leaves "residues"
