Oh no! No thoughts came to my mind during the practice, i was completely relaxed, is there anything wrong with me. Also the breath countdown, i made it only upto 19 not 0. Am i wrong somewhere?
Ma'am whenever i do meditation i get serious back pain. It used to be lower back pain but after doing yoga it vanished however i have middle back pain and cant sit for longer than 10 mints in meditation can you please help?

Try to count till 0 ... Rest everything is fine ... sometimes we are so relaxed that no thoughts come 😇
