    Flu Bomb Recipe
    Ingredients:
½ inch of fresh turmeric, peeled, thinly sliced
¾ inch fresh ginger, peeled, thinly sliced
    The juice from one lemon
1 clove garlic, minced do this first so it can sit for 15 minutes
    ¼ - ½ tsp ground cinnamon ceylon
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar with the mother
1 tsp or to taste raw organic honey
A few cracks of black pepper
    1 cup of filtered water
    Directions:
Place the turmeric and ginger in a saucepan with the water. Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat and let it steep for 10 minutes. Continue to cool until just warm.
Once cool, strain the ginger and turmeric from the water, into a cup. Add all the other ingredients and stir until the honey dissolves. Enjoy!
    Tips:
Stir while drinking to keep the garlic from settling to the bottom.
It’s important to let the garlic sit for 10 - 15 minutes before adding to heat, after you either chop it or mince it. Letting the garlic sit before adding to heat allows the beneficial enzymes to activate. Once you add it to heat, the heat deactivates the enzymes.
To keep the vitamin C intact, add the lemon juice only after the tea has cooled. The same goes for the honey as the heat will destroy all the nutritional benefits.

Robin, I want to give a testimony. My daughter was having dry cough spells for 3 1/2 weeks . Tons of meds, syrups were prescribed by the clueless doc. Until she was swabbed and found out that she has influenza A. Got sick and tired of administering meds. I found your video, made one, and to my surprise, she became quiet after two days! Thanks for sharing your recipe!

Love this mix. I usually do three cloves of garlic, an inch or so of ginger, the juice of a whole lemon, 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, a teaspoon of turmeric, 2 tablespoons of honey (local if I can get it) and matcha tea. Clears the sinuses right up and I swear helps my recovery go by faster.
I have never added cinnamon or apple cider vinegar, I will definitely have to incorporate that next time.

I have a master's of science degree and read a lot of research. I about fell off my chair when I came across a study that demonstrated that green tea (like Matcha) actually inhibits viral replication. I believe black tea also has some anti viral benefits. The studies are on PubMed.

From one Robin to another...thank you for this! I use turmeric every day. I also eat a clove or two of garlic with raw honey every day, and drink lemon water too. These all help me with my Lyme disease, it makes a huge difference in my pain and inflammation, and it helps boost my immune system.

All Lyme disease (as well as MS, Parkinsons, cancers etc) stem from parasites, usually from ticks, fleas, etc. Parasite cleanse (Ivermectin paste) will eventually remove the parasites, and your disease will be gone.

    • @MrVegasTube
      @MrVegasTube 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

If you want to boost the antiinflammatory benefit of turmeric add a very light dust of black pepper. The piperine in pepper makes the turmeric super bioavailable. Again a very light addition of black pepper. Test over time to get the right proportion since black pepper can be rough. But the right amount will add to the flavor as well as supercharge the benefit. Blessings.

    Quite simple:
    (1)Two Clove, (2)1” Cinnamon, (3)1/2” Ginger .
All above, boil in 1-1/2 cup of water for 12 minutes.
Drink in: summer, twice a week, and in Winter, daily is better.
Better for all kinds of breathing problems.

I make something like this every morning and some evenings. I hear a little EVOO in a stainless pan grate my home grown turmeric and ginger into it as it's heating. Sprinkle in a good but of cayenne and cinnamon. When it gets fragrant I pour most of a cup of water in it using the remainder to dissolve my unflavored gelatin. After a few minutes I combine and top of with 2 tablespoons acv with mother. Drink while hot. Might try the honey and garlic in this also. It's also good with chicken broth instead of water. Maybe a little sea salt. Oh, and I don't peel or strain.

You might want to add some black garlic that has even more health benefits than regular. Doesn’t hurt to use both

Hey RR. The strongest healing property found in garlic is Allicin. Allicin's healing potency is time sensitive. At first press of releasing the garlic juice you have ONLY 15 minutes to benefit from it. Each minute it gets weaker and by 15 minutes you have wasted the opportunity to capture it.
Humbly suggest the resting period for garlic be reserved for cooking, but when you want it for health, CONSUME as close to moment you have performed the extraction of the juice or press, as you possibly are able. Gently peel, and then contain the pressing/extraction don't waste any of that valuable allicin drippings. Capture all of it and consume quickly. Kindest regards.

      @lastfarewellmedia 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

Interesting, Dr Mandell says it needs at least 10 minutes for the Allicin to be fully released and therefore not to consume immediately.

@@lastfarewellmedia I've heard the same thing - the allicin needs time to develop.

Ginger, garlic, good honey and lemon works. I know from experience e. Go raw garlic and ginger.
    And have it regularly.
I use turmeric other ways, but it'd be good in the brew.
Don't forget, if you can, get some good zinc (citrate I know is excellent), also vit C, D3 (3000-10000 is fine with K2), and dose up on vit c thru day with some fruit.

That's my knd of homeopathic tea! I like to switch up my bone broth with ginger lemon infusions and this is a good one. Adding tumeric and natural honey to the list for my Sprouts run tomorrow. Good point about adding pepper to activate the tumeric. I have that same garlic press, a Susi from Switzerland. It's 35+ years old! Love the Mom jokes! 🤗 Thanks Robin 🥰
