- Join me for a 20 minute LEGS AND BOOTY WORKOUT to shape your glutes and sculpt your leg muscles. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. In this routine, I'll be using a set of 8lb weights. Some exercises will be with dumbbells and some without. Intervals will be 45 seconds on, with a 30 second compound set, and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

I've tried so many different workouts and youtubers but I always come back to yours. No unnecessary babble at the beginning, clear instructions and nice music and no kfc ads in the middle of the workout 😅 I can't stop doing them and I feel so much stronger!!

I love the quicker paced 20 min instead of 30 min quicker pace. I have to work my way up to 30. The quicker pace helps me to feel the burn better!❤️

I enjoyed this one. When I started this challenge I could barely do lunges, I thought bc of bad knees, but turns out, I just needed to build my strength. I can now do them comfortably. Thank you mik for that!!

love this workout.the one down side is that after years of working out i still can't do lunges.which means i'm not getting as much benifit from those moves and it puts me off a bit.

Love your workouts! A question: do you have any leg workouts without lunges or know a good substitute exercise for lunges? My knees can't handle them, but are totally fine with the other exercises.

Good morning. Looking forward to this video. ❤️. Quick question: do you in your own time use heavier weights for deadlifts, squats etc. Just curious. I’ve been using 25lbs each for deadlifts and 20lbs for lunges. I’m hoping to burn more calories. Is this necessary?
