- Ok, guys so here is some footage from the intense sparring that took place in Rafael Trejo gym involving Cuban and Irish National Champions.
There is also some bonus footage from the Panamerican eliminators between Lazaro Alvarez and Alvarez Erislandy.

Great example of how to conserve and control your energy and release it at the right times. Not from desperation. Irish boy looked out of his depth as he lost his form through losing his energy too freely. At the start he was in control. Cuban kept composure and the pressure told as Ireland wanted to hit him back with powerful shits. Sometimes just find comfort and control in the pocket. Learn to be comfortable and assertive at all ranges.

@Charlessalbox you gave good advice to the Irish boy about getting back to his jab. He didn't, however he'd have learned a lot from that spar with it being recorded too.
The Irish lad finished the rounds with his front foot on the outside. For me he’s the one

Can you show us next time full workout of cuban boxing school i mean how long they do wormUp part and how long they focus on boxing bag, technique, strength etc

@@Charlessalbox I go to Havana boxing gym but my family is from Melena Del Sur. My family has a car and everything so. I always visit Havana. The Havana boxing gym is really good also.
Man, they remind me of my first sparring back in 1990😅. It was totally different situation in my country back then. They're very lucky, i wish i could have the same situation like them today, it'll be so much fun😊
