And he said because of that he’s never really been too interested. In hindsight maybe should’ve included in the video. But I felt it maybe took away from the video.

I think it depends on the fighter + schedule. Typically fighters (boxers in particular and from experience) tend to do early morning runs and then afternoon sessions. However, some like to do things differently for what works for them.
