  • This class is suitable for all levels; we will begin each of the exercises with easier options that are suitable for beginners, and then you can choose to continue to the more advanced options, or if you prefer you can stay with the modification, to create a class that is appropriate for your body

    I would be so thankful if you could make a dedicated video for intermediate level with these original excersies. Not really beginner, but not advanced either.🙏🙏🙏Thank you so much!!
    It is so much easier to follow the class, if ther is continues flow with the "dedicated" level. I really appreciate that you make original excersises:)

      Hi that’s certainly something I would like to do; perhaps you could give me some more thoughts both on the intermediate class, and also what else you would like to see? 🙏

      @@iditspiro I want to express my genuine appreciation for your videos. There are several aspects that I particularly enjoyed -
      *)Original Pilates Exercises *) Emphasizes on the details*) Nice flow *)No Background Music: it allows for a more focused
      As someone who values your teachings, here are some thoughts - *) Shorter Duration (Around 35 Minutes): Ideally, sessions lasting around 35 minutes would be perfect. This duration is easier to fit into a busy schedule while ensuring a focused and effective workout. *)During exercises, emphasize the importance of technique by 'pointing out,' for example: point out your toes, squeeze your belly button in during the stand-up, etc. Some teachers talk so much that it really distracts the flow.*) 4 original exercises for intermediate level. While there are numerous TH-cam videos available for beginners, there aren't as many for the intermediate leve

      * and yes, just these 34 original exercises. :) There are not so many teachers who are doing the original "flow" on TH-cam. This is really a foundation and your teaching style is so elegant!

    Hi Idit! Hypothetical question: would it be healthy to only do joseph pilates 34 exercises as the only form of pilates? Would it exhaust the same muscles if I do it multiple times a week? Or do you suggest I mix things up with classic and contemporary pilates?

    • @iditspiro
      @iditspiro  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That’s an interesting question; I’m not sure if there’s one correct answer. I can tell you that my personal preference is to get the best of all worlds and do different styles of Pilates as well as other movement styles, but ultimately you need to listen to your own body and figure out what’s best for you. Let me know if you need more clarification

      @@iditspiro that makes sense! I would love to hear what other form of workouts you enjoy doing (other than pilates). Also, I hope you have a lovely day!

      It varies over time; at the moment I’m enjoying swimming, yoga and I’ve gone back to dance classes, which is my first love ❤️

    I've been teaching Pilates for many years but I feel like the original ab exercises are much too hard for beginners and they're just hurting their necks 😮

    • @iditspiro
      @iditspiro  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I agree that some of the original exercises are not suitable for beginners; especially if they do not yet have a sense of connection to the centre. That's why its so important as a teacher to know when its appropriate to modify, and when its safe to challenge them
