You seem to have a lot of experience with this, and as I work on building a daily practice-especially with all the uncertainty and worry in the world right now-I’d love any insights you have. That’s a great question, and you are right that with all the chaos in the world, having a regular practice to connect with my body and mind helps me feel more grounded. I aim to incorporate movement into every day, even on super busy days. When I have time I love taking classes with teachers I admire, and if I am short on time TH-cam is so incredible, and there are so many short workouts on offer. I try to walk instead of driving as much as possible, and I love yoga and swimming. I hope that answered your questions? 🙏♥️
