    Thank you for this full body workout, moving from back to stomach to sitting to back again etc kept me on my toes 😃,and really focused.Great!

    Thank you, such a great class and full body workout! I usually do Yoga and i feel, these Pilates ex. are ra onderful addition to build more sterngt, felxibility. and elegance. Love your style of teaching and will sureyl come back for more.

    Hi Idit! I’d love to learn more about your Pilates routine! Do you practice daily? How long is a typical session for you? Do you incorporate other forms of movement, like yoga or running? You seem to have a lot of experience with this, and as I work on building a daily practice-especially with all the uncertainty and worry in the world right now-I’d love any insights you have.       That’s a great question, and you are right that with all the chaos in the world, having a regular practice to connect with my body and mind helps me feel more grounded. I aim to incorporate movement into every day, even on super busy days. When I have time I love taking classes with teachers I admire, and if I am short on time TH-cam is so incredible, and there are so many short workouts on offer. I try to walk instead of driving as much as possible, and I love yoga and swimming. I hope that answered your questions? 🙏♥️
