Do you act in order to meet your needs or do you react so you can defend your ego?

I do see colleagues make reactive decisions based on ego and I have learned not to do the same. Good reminder thank you 😊

It’s impressive that you drop such informative content on a daily basis, I hope you continue, your channel is a land mine waiting to grow if you continue this trend. (It’s also smart if you’re scheduling your videos to drop daily, if so that’s pretty strategic of you.)

I usually record and edit in the afternoon after I finish working, and I talk about the thing that was on my mind that day. And then I post next day in the morning. Sometimes I record in the morning as well if I am not inspired in the evening. Today I'm gonna record the one you asked about, infatuation and limerence, and post it tomorrow, or at least that's the plan ☺️. The plan is to grow, since I have all these thoughts in my head I might as well put them to good use and share them on TH-cam 😂

@ Thank you! I’m interested in hearing your perspective on these topics. The other topics you have are good too, although they take more time to digest well enough to provide a response since they are concepts that I’m not familiar with or hear much about.

The "ego" in a lot of cases can be displayed in a lot group dynamics in the workplace and even outside the workplace. Its a game that's constantly played in order for get certain things from people sadly. Not saying that everybody has bad intentions but its amazing how some people will go through outrageous lengths to not be seen as dumb in front of a group so there position or status wouldn't be compromised or sometimes its the opposite where you are truly smart but you have to dumb yourself down because people feel inferior around you for it and want to sabotage you. The ego is a very powerful thing but it can be the very thing that protects us. That's what's so fascinating about the ego topic. Solid video as usual.
