I love the controlled, deliberate movements and the way you showcase the right way to do the exercises. Too many 'exercise gurus' are a bit sloppy, and it is so important to do things correctly to get the benefits and not injure oneself. Thanks Rachel.

But with my balance/ataxia deficits, I find it safer to keep my weaker foot down on lifts, concentrate on controlling weights and maintaining balance! With safety adjustments, and keeping 2 pound weights nearby to switch when 5 libs are too hard to manage, I can get a great, compact weight session in! Thanks 😊
This was an excellent workout! The rotation exercise reminds me of the bow & arrow, which is one of my favourites. Thank you, Rachel! I hope you and Kerwin and Boo are enjoying a lovely holiday.

This was great. I like the weights keeping my arms toned, and of course the standing. More of these would be great.
