    I'm a senior and I gave this workout a go 1hr since. My legs are wobbly and I need to work on balance ,which i do daily but this is a tough one ,but won't be beaten ,no doubts on that. Thankyou 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️

    I've been doing so many of your standing pilates workouts for the past couple of months. I found you because I was looking for standing up pilates because I had no mat and a hard wood floor. I'm really enjoying having you up on the big screen tv leading me through it all. Your exercises are helping me with my work which can be very physical and I'm not getting as many headaches. Thankyou Rachel.

    These moves and all of your moves quite simply tick all the boxes. A one stop shop for get every muscle no nonsense, safe and sensible and be a beautiful dancer. You are Epic. These workouts are saving my life when I check in every day for 3 20 minute routines during the day (I am lucky to work at home in my office) and launching my day with a 60 minute gentle core routine for seniors, just the best way to get moving in the morning. A full recovery from a herniated disc following The Girl with the Pilates Mat. Great stuff.

    Loved that, worked all the areas that need work, 🥵 including balance, but also left me feeling warm a flexible - pretty amazing for 15 minutes! I want to finally finish the August Pilates Retreat playlist, but you keep posting great new content I want to try😂! Thanks so much, I’ll definitely be repeating, adding to my favorites list!     Thank you Rachel. I just did 15 mins magic ring then moved into this. Nice variety. I still have some soreness from my op but it feels so so good to be back at it :) wooooooo

    Your videos are wonderful! I have a major lower back injury and I know all my limits since I have previous experience with Pilates, but due to the pandemics I'm not going to gym and I'm exercising at home.     This I loved because I'm just getting back into pilates after a long break, I found this good to get back into the routines of doing it, I'm not a senior but it helped to step back and start again

      That's good to hear Bekky, and this is just a great workout for anyone. All my workouts are for any age I just the word Senior in the title if I feel it is particularly beneficial to the 65+ age group. But in all honesty they're all good sessions that will benefit any age so I am delighted you're enjoying trying them out.     really good ! wobbly legs is something to work on ! Is the bend on your toes okay for knees? I kept it low to be safe and knee is fine !

    Much as I would have liked to do this, it was too compromising for my knees. They protested with pain. If you have arthritis in your knees, where the bone is worn away, it might be difficult, if not impossible.
