This diet for loosing weight is quite good. I was also on water diet for 3 days and lost almost 4 kgs which is incredible. And for those who are saying it's not good short term it's good. Once you managed you body weight then you can leave fasting / dieting.

does your obsession with these videos translate into real life? as in do you emulate these or other disordered behavior? if not, then watching a lot of these videos isn't a sign of an eating disorder. i don't think it's very healthy though. stay safe
It is. I‘m back after like 3-4 years of when I first started my last diet and I was obsessed with three videos too. My diet was probably even worse. I remember thinking „do I have an ed?“ and when I realized I did I pitied myself even more. Ií didn’t stop at first but later I realized it’s crazy so i very slowly went back to my old eating habits. I gained a lot of weight back and reached my original weight. Now I‘m trying to lose weight again but not as toxic. Don’t restrict yourself too much. If you do, your diet will fail. I recommend dieting stronger in the first 1-2 months (still no crazy restrictions and build in cheat days) and then change up your meal plans. Make them even richer but still keep an eye on not eating too much carbonates (maybe like 1/3 of your plate! :).and then try to embed an eating lifestyle you can keep your whole life. Like, get lose now, but don’t get back to your old eating habits. Eat carbonates, sweets, sweet drinks but don’t overeat.nice. If you notice you‘re full, stop there :) of course include days in which you eat as much of your oily food as you want because strict restrictions are your biggest enemy. But it’s most important to find a lifestyle you can keep your weight goal. Think „how do I lose weight in a way that I can make an lifestyle of?2

If it takes over 3 days to lose 3kg you're just a normal human being who isn't starving themselves. It is recommended to lose around 3kg per MONTH for weight loss. Its unhealthy and not sustainable. It will all be water weight and you will gain it back.

I just came here to say I lost 30 lbs doing diets like this, destroyed my metabolism and gained back 2x that, I’m now eating on a healthy calorie deficit with moderate working out and loosing 7lbs per week, i eat fast food, ramen, donuts, cookies etc and still loose weight, if you’re thinking of eating like this instead please research a healthy caloric deficit for your body and do that, I mean, why would you choose eating almost nothing and loosing weight (to eventually gain it back) when you can eat what you want in moderation and loose weight forever?

ughhh exactly. i lost a lot of weight with extremely restrictive diets and that destroyed my mind and body. it has already been 3 years since my lowest weight. i tried to recover but i failed and ended up turning my ana into a binge eating disorder. now im tryin to achieve a healthier relationship with food and loosing all the weight i gained back. but now my real struggle is trying not to starve myself. its really dificcult to accept the fact that i can loose weight without starving myself after years with that mentality. its kinda frustrating watching these sort of videos romanticizing a literal disease. ed sucks.
@@newera9344 I’m sorry but this is exactly the mindset I had, you think, “oh well they weren’t mentally strong enough to continue being healthy after meeting their goal weight, that’s why they went to binging. I could easily stick to a healthy diet after my restriction ends” but it’s not about being mentally strong enough, it’s not about being able to control yourself. If you starve/do restrictive diets you WILL gain the weight back because your brain, the thing that actually controls you is what wants the food. You will physically be in constant pain as your body is screaming at you to eat, and it’s not a good pain, and everyone gives into it. I promise you that the diets won’t work and in the end you’ll wish you just took the “slow” route. I’m not saying this to hate on anyone or diminish your experiences but I’m saying this as someone who’s had an ED since I was 11 years old, if I had stuck to a normal healthy diet and ate normal portions I would’ve saved myself YEARS of healing and treatment.

if youre y"all are on diets, pls dont watch something or distract your brain into other things while eating, *focus on the food* because when were chewing our food,that where our digestion system start preparing the enzims and a hormons and that make us full as the brain signaling to our body like "theres a food coming! prepare!" but if we distracting our brain and not focusing into our food, you brain will have a dificulties to mantain the signal even youre chewing, in other words, your body doesn't prepare enough hormon to achieve the food and you"ll be tired / hungry during the diet

She said it’s not for long term. Only for the 3 days so she can lose the weight she wants in the amount of time she wants. She isn’t forcing anyone to do this. Everyone is responsible for their own body, they should do the research to see if they can follow along this video.

Make sure to drink lots of water, eat balanced meals and try and stay active! After you lose it, it’s only the lifestyle that you have to upkeep. Eat foods you love, that aren’t that great for your body, in moderation. Also if you’re doing this simply because you dislike how you look now, you won’t like yourself even after achieving your goal weight. Love your body every step of the way! (need to lose weight badly 😭) Current Weight: 60/61kg Goal: 54/55kg Day 1: So I ate 1 egg instead of 2, and for dinner I had 4 slices of apples!, I didn’t have a chocolate protein bar in my household so I decided to replace it with an apple! Day 2: I ate 2 boiled eggs instead of vegan chicken for lunch, and I ate 5 slices of apples for dinner again! Day 3: I ate 2 apples for breakfast, 2 boiled eggs for lunch, and one apple for dinner lol. Basically changed everything 😭 I forgot to update, this diet seriously gave me ED even if it’s just for 5 days. When I started eating normal, I gained all the weight back. This diet only helps you lose water weight which is so easy to gain, I don’t recommend this diet for people who are underaged. This can seriously destroy your digestive system and give you serious ED.

Sorry to say but it doesn't last long when you start eating normal you will probably gain all weight back. But eating healthy with exercise is sustainable and healthy way to lose weight and it's permanent!!!
So when your done dieting you might gain some weight back but you can eat 1k calories just for one week and then on the next week 1,500 calories etc !!
Every dinner you made could've been a little bit more healthier. Like mixing sweet potato with some vegatebles and chicken. Protein would help. Or you could eat banana with oatmeal and you can put kakao powder in it too. It's both sweet and chocolaty and stops your cravings.
She explained at the beginning that she wanted to lose weight fir a specific event. Radical diets are unhealthy if done for long and you will likely wreak your metabolism and gain weight faster, besides the health problems, but doing it for few days is fine.
If she ate this much every day: yes. For a three day diet: No. The entire point of a diet is to eat less. And especially if it's such a short term diet, eating less than the amount that would be healthy, is typical. An ed develops over time, and doing a strict diet for three days isn't to be compared to an ed.

the breakfast thing that you did would actually be really helpful for me. i’d actually eat most of it. i struggle with a sensory eating disorder so am really picky with my food and struggle to stay healthy. recently i’ve lost about 8 pounds from working out and stuff but am trying to lose 12 pounds also because of an upcoming event.
i prefer to work out than to cut my food but i eat healthy almost two years now and i am 43-44 kg... I dont believe in diets , thats temporraly, people need to change their eating habits

For any young girl watching this, this is NOT healthy no matter what anyone says. Each day she is eating under 1000 calories. A TODDLER needs 1000 calories... just let that sink in. If you want to lose weight (I know I do), please look up HEALTHY methods of losing weight, losing a lot of weight in a short amount of time is 1. not healthy, 2. not sustainable and 3. will cause you to binge as your body is craving more nutrients, therefore you will actually gain ALL that weight back when going back to eating normally. Look up your maintenance calories and subtract 300-500 off that. That is how much you should be eating to lose weight (300 for mild weight lose and 500 for fast weight loss). For example: my maintenance calories are 2100 so I have to subtract 500 to lose weight which means, to lose weight, I should be eating 1600 a day. Please stay safe, you are perfect no matter your weight!

If it’s short term and an one-off thing then it’s not that bad, most disordered eating goes on and off - or continuously for dangerous amounts of time. She is also getting plenty of her nutrition on this diet, despite it being relatively restrictive. Hope you have a great day!

DON'T EAT SUGAR!! If you want to lose weight fast (and be able to eat more than this video shows) you have to stop eating sugar. Even if you only have a little bit every day, you'll never stop craving it and it will ruin your diet. Sugar is more addictive than cocaine, and it's what makes you fat, your body literally makes fat when it metabolizes sugar. Eat meat and vegetables, you WILL lose weight! (Fruit is OK to eat btw, because it contains fiber which acts as a buffer. Only eat whole fruit though, don't juice because that removes the fiber.)

This diet for loosing weight is quite good. I was also on water diet for 3 days and lost almost 4 kgs which is incredible. And for those who are saying it's not good short term it's good. Once you managed you body weight then you can leave fasting / dieting.

It is. I‘m back after like 3-4 years of when I first started my last diet and I was obsessed with three videos too. My diet was probably even worse. I remember thinking „do I have an ed?“ and when I realized I did I pitied myself even more. Ií didn’t stop at first but later I realized it’s crazy so i very slowly went back to my old eating habits. I gained a lot of weight back and reached my original weight. Now I‘m trying to lose weight again but not as toxic. Don’t restrict yourself too much. If you do, your diet will fail. I recommend dieting stronger in the first 1-2 months (still no crazy restrictions and build in cheat days) and then change up your meal plans. Make them even richer but still keep an eye on not eating too much carbonates (maybe like 1/3 of your plate! :).and then try to embed an eating lifestyle you can keep your whole life. Like, get lose now, but don’t get back to your old eating habits. Eat carbonates, sweets, sweet drinks but don’t overeat.nice. If you notice you‘re full, stop there :) of course include days in which you eat as much of your oily food as you want because strict restrictions are your biggest enemy. But it’s most important to find a lifestyle you can keep your weight goal. Think „how do I lose weight in a way that I can make an lifestyle of?2

If it takes over 3 days to lose 3kg you're just a normal human being who isn't starving themselves. It is recommended to lose around 3kg per MONTH for weight loss. Its unhealthy and not sustainable. It will all be water weight and you will gain it back.

I just came here to say I lost 30 lbs doing diets like this, destroyed my metabolism and gained back 2x that, I’m now eating on a healthy calorie deficit with moderate working out and loosing 7lbs per week, i eat fast food, ramen, donuts, cookies etc and still loose weight, if you’re thinking of eating like this instead please research a healthy caloric deficit for your body and do that, I mean, why would you choose eating almost nothing and loosing weight (to eventually gain it back) when you can eat what you want in moderation and loose weight forever?

ughhh exactly. i lost a lot of weight with extremely restrictive diets and that destroyed my mind and body. it has already been 3 years since my lowest weight. i tried to recover but i failed and ended up turning my ana into a binge eating disorder. now im tryin to achieve a healthier relationship with food and loosing all the weight i gained back. but now my real struggle is trying not to starve myself. its really dificcult to accept the fact that i can loose weight without starving myself after years with that mentality. its kinda frustrating watching these sort of videos romanticizing a literal disease. ed sucks.
@@newera9344 I’m sorry but this is exactly the mindset I had, you think, “oh well they weren’t mentally strong enough to continue being healthy after meeting their goal weight, that’s why they went to binging. I could easily stick to a healthy diet after my restriction ends” but it’s not about being mentally strong enough, it’s not about being able to control yourself. If you starve/do restrictive diets you WILL gain the weight back because your brain, the thing that actually controls you is what wants the food. You will physically be in constant pain as your body is screaming at you to eat, and it’s not a good pain, and everyone gives into it. I promise you that the diets won’t work and in the end you’ll wish you just took the “slow” route. I’m not saying this to hate on anyone or diminish your experiences but I’m saying this as someone who’s had an ED since I was 11 years old, if I had stuck to a normal healthy diet and ate normal portions I would’ve saved myself YEARS of healing and treatment.

It happened to me today, i ate one banana with tea and i was bloated, craving more stuff and ended up overeating at lunch time. Try to eat banana with something else, like oatmeal or simple banana pancakes (4 cups of oat flour, one egg, 2 bananas) or with yoghurt. Please be careful!

Please don’t forget!! If you don’t give your body enough food to properly function, your weight loss will not be permanent. Make sure to drink lots of water, eat balanced meals and try and stay active! After you lose it, it’s only the lifestyle that you have to upkeep. Eat foods you love, that aren’t that great for your body, in moderation. Also if you’re doing this simply because you dislike how you look now, you won’t like yourself even after achieving your goal weight. Love your body every step of the way! Hii! So i would rlly recommend to be very careul when doing these diets. For girls, when on your period (since you're very vulnerable) i dont recommend this . Ive been trying smth close to this and I started my period the same day. Today , at school I fainted due to lack of eating food and due to the fact that it wasnt that high in proteins.

Hello, i'm Back I don’t recommend anyone doing this diet. For me it ended with a binge. It works but is very unhealthy. Please if you want to lose weight do it slowly and healthily

Day 1: So I ate 1 egg instead of 2, and for dinner I had 4 slices of apples!, I didn’t have a chocolate protein bar in my household so I decided to replace it with an apple!
Day 2: I ate 2 boiled eggs instead of vegan chicken for lunch, and I ate 5 slices of apples for dinner again!
Day 3: I ate 2 apples for breakfast, 2 boiled eggs for lunch, and one apple for dinner lol. Basically changed everything 😭
I forgot to update, this diet seriously gave me ED even if it’s just for 5 days. When I started eating normal, I gained all the weight back. This diet only helps you lose water weight which is so easy to gain, I don’t recommend this diet for people who are underaged. This can seriously destroy your digestive system and give you serious ED.

i lost a lot of weight with extremely restrictive diets and that destroyed my mind and body. it has already been 3 years since my lowest weight and unfortunately, eds cant be cured. i tried to recover but i failed and ended up turning my ana into a binge eating disorder. now im tryin to achieve a healthier relationship with food and loosing all the weight i gained back. and now my real struggle is trying not to starve myself. its really dificcult to accept the fact that i can lose weight without starving myself after years with that mentality. its kinda frustrating watching these sort of videos romanticizing a literal disease. ed sucks. stay safe guys.
Sorry to say but it doesn't last long when you start eating normal you will probably gain all weight back. But eating healthy with exercise is sustainable and healthy way to lose weight and it's permanent!!!

Every dinner you made could've been a little bit more healthier. Like mixing sweet potato with some vegatebles and chicken. Protein would help. Or you could eat banana with oatmeal and you can put kakao powder in it too. It's both sweet and chocolaty and stops your cravings.

She explained at the beginning that she wanted to lose weight fir a specific event. Radical diets are unhealthy if done for long and you will likely wreak your metabolism and gain weight faster, besides the health problems, but doing it for few days is fine.

If she ate this much every day: yes. For a three day diet: No. The entire point of a diet is to eat less. And especially if it's such a short term diet, eating less than the amount that would be healthy, is typical. An ed develops over time, and doing a strict diet for three days isn't to be compared to an ed.

I am 75kg which is considered overweight according imc and also not healthy. I am also prone to diabetes and obesity since I have narcolepsy and binge eating disorder.

the breakfast thing that you did would actually be really helpful for me. i’d actually eat most of it. i struggle with a sensory eating disorder so am really picky with my food and struggle to stay healthy. recently i’ve lost about 8 pounds from working out and stuff but am trying to lose 12 pounds also because of an upcoming event.
thats unhealty. no matter how short a diet is, there is a possibility that you will quickly regain the weight you lost.
Yeah you may gain some weight back but you can work yourself up i mean the first week you can eat 1000 calories the next week 1500 etc.

For any young girl watching this, this is NOT healthy no matter what anyone says. Each day she is eating under 1000 calories. A TODDLER needs 1000 calories... just let that sink in. If you want to lose weight (I know I do), please look up HEALTHY methods of losing weight, losing a lot of weight in a short amount of time is 1. not healthy, 2. not sustainable and 3. will cause you to binge as your body is craving more nutrients, therefore you will actually gain ALL that weight back when going back to eating normally. Look up your maintenance calories and subtract 300-500 off that. That is how much you should be eating to lose weight (300 for mild weight lose and 500 for fast weight loss). For example: my maintenance calories are 2100 so I have to subtract 500 to lose weight which means, to lose weight, I should be eating 1600 a day. Please stay safe, you are perfect no matter your weight!

If it’s short term and an one-off thing then it’s not that bad, most disordered eating goes on and off - or continuously for dangerous amounts of time. She is also getting plenty of her nutrition on this diet, despite it being relatively restrictive.

Instead, do a water diet for 3 days. Don't worry, a water diet is not unhealthy as long as it does not exceed 3 days. Apart from that, you will relieve your edema and then exercise by reducing the portions of what you eat.

Oh I think it always depends on the size of the apple or sweet potato.. you could weight the apple and google the amount of calorie for the amount of weight thats what I usually do:) Sadly I didn’t weigh any of my food in the video so I can’t give exact details
The thing about the first diet says is that what you’re losing is not fat but water weight. Ityou tend to lose water weight very quickly

Guys do I have an ed. I always say I wanna lose weight but I still eat a lot. Even though I eat I feel really bad about it. personally i get flavored natrual tea!!! for example cinammon flavored. they dont taste like tea and have no calories in them. and their super delicious :)

DON'T EAT SUGAR!! If you want to lose weight fast (and be able to eat more than this video shows) you have to stop eating sugar. Even if you only have a little bit every day, you'll never stop craving it and it will ruin your diet. Sugar is more addictive than cocaine, and it's what makes you fat, your body literally makes fat when it metabolizes sugar. Eat meat and vegetables, you WILL lose weight!
(Fruit is OK to eat btw, because it contains fiber which acts as a buffer. Only eat whole fruit though, don't juice because that removes the fiber.)
