Recently, I came across Puy the Roti Lady's videos. I started researching for roti recipes and saw that you, my favorite Thai cook, has a video on how to make roti. That is the bee's knees that you have a video to show me how to make roti. I want to do a bacon, egg, cheese, and basil version. I know, not really a snack/desert version, but it would jazz up and take my breakfast choice to another level.

I totally love the Thai Roti! Used to have it when visited Phuket. We and the kids love banana Roti. Never tried the other versions but I'm amazed how easy you explain and teach how to make it. The kids are already excited when I told them I'm going to make Roti. Thank you so much Pam! P.S. Another funny recipe. Love you humors! Xx

I love the classic roti. I remember the street vendors would make the classic roti during the 80s/90s. Nice chewy texture.

First time I’m seeing Thai roti, i think my favourite one would be the classic one. It’s simple and looks absolutely delicious 😋
The classic one without condensed milk and sugar as toppings, can dip with curry as well 😋💕
