    I'm lossing my weight. Please help...

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  ปีที่แล้ว +7

      HI @Sonam Parvin . Excessive weight loss is often about the body's inability to pull nutrients out of the food you're eating due to digestive malfunctions. So the body breaks itself down to get the nutrients it needs. But I need to make a video on this topic to talk about more things, so I've added that to my list.
      But we have a podcast episode here that could give you insights: kickitnaturally.com/trouble-gaining-weight/

    Is it possible that SIBO can arise if one has had their gallbladder removed? Or perhaps be a root cause for SIBO?

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Dylan! I appreciate you.
      It is possible for someone to have bacteria in the stomach or have SIBO when gallbladder is removed. That is for sure. As for your other question, my opinion is... yes, in a round about way. It's usually more about the stomach acid function going down and letting them in in the first place. But I made a video recently where I talked about how if bile is not flowing correctly, or the gallbladder is removed and the person loses that sizzle, it does have the ability to restrict stomach acid over time. You can see more of that explanation in this video here: th-cam.com/video/nLEDVODyzPs/w-d-xo.html
      I hope that helps.

    • @dylanconradie336

      @@KickItNaturally Thank you very much for the response!!
      One more question. Would supplementation with betaine HcL to increase stomach acid not cause diarrhea if you don’t have a gallbladder? How will this increased stomach acid from the betaine HcL be neutralised, if you don’t have sufficient bile?

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi Dylan, good eye. It absolutely can. That's why we teach our students without a gallbladder to use ox bile in between meals to help neutralize those acids. It can be tricky to figure out the right timing and dose of both the ox bile and HCL that is right for you, but you're right that if the HCL makes your stool too loose a person would need to reduce the dose or increase ox bile dose, etc. Our totally free digestion course has an entire page of videos for those who have lost their gallbladder to help them figure this out. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course

    How would you explain excessive gas when someone does not eat for a few days and gets gas just from drinking water only ?

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey Steve, I don't know the specific situation so it could vary, but a bacterial overgrowth can create gas and that is the first option that pops into my head.

    • @no_country_for_real_men
      @no_country_for_real_men ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@KickItNaturally thanks sounds logical and I also have been entertaining the possibility that the excessive gas could be from how my body processes hydrogen since water is made of hydrogen and oxygen. What do you think of my hypothesis ?

    • @CoryHobbs2178
      @CoryHobbs2178 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@no_country_for_real_menI'm still learning but I don't believe the stomach breaks down water like that. Sounds like bacteria emitting alkaline waste which then neutralizes what little acid you have, can't gas, inflammation, and bloating. Maybe look into the d-limonene??

      @KickItNaturally  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's tricky, because it seems to have a slight alkalizing effect in the stomach, but if it kills off a bacterial overgrowth, that could improve stomach acid longterm. But these are the steps we prefer: th-cam.com/video/RjPdowTvD6I/w-d-xo.html
