I got rid of my h pylori with broccoli sprouts super easy eat 1 handful in morning on an empty stomach. Chew thoroughly swallow all the bitter juices. Wait to eat for about 45 minutes. Nausea means that the sulphoraphane is killing it. Repeat each morning until no more nausea. I did it for about 3 weeks.

I was in a terrible (and embarrassing) situation for about 3 years now (since I changed my diet to a plant based one).
I had no appetite, no energy and as a result I was losing mass and muscle without understanding why.
3 days ago I figured out (through your videos) that I probably lack stomach acid (like the vast majority of people do) and I had no clue about it (neither the outnumbered doctors that I visited) and
I started boosting my stomach acid with ACV and lemonwater 2 days ago (I haven't receive yet the Betaine HCL which I had ordered) and I already fell much better and start gaining weigh and muscle, (not to mention that my dermatitis which I have for more than a decade now is almost gone).
I started feeling (a little bit) hungry after 3 years!!!
Thank you very much for explaining everything in such an easy and simple to understand way!

I’ve been watching some of your videos recently trying to help myself and figure out the best approach or what to do first. The doctors here are hopeless and won’t even consider SIBO and my gastroenterologist just told me to eat more fibre. I don’t know where to start, treating the SIBO or the stomach acid. I haven’t had a gall bladder since 2008 and I have had bile acid diarrhoea after I eat anything. I tea or coffee in the morning triggers it and it happens fast. If I’m lucky enough not to have to run to the loo I’m constipated. Rarely do I ever have a normal bowel movement. It affects everything in my life, can’t go out for lunch or dinner because I’m scared I’ll be sitting in the loo half the night. I also have lipodema and need to loose weight before my next surgery which is proving to be so difficult. A low carb diet prevents me from gaining but I’m not losing much either and the higher fat content of the diet proves stressful for my gut. Carnivore for some reason causes me intense bowel pain and attacks that literally bring me to tears and that is probably because I’m getting constipated but it’s also hard for me to maintain long term. I don’t know where to start and the doctors don’t listen or care, I’m sure they think it’s all in my head. Even a chicken salad will set me off so it’s not just fat it’s literally anything I put in my stomach. It’s a wonder I’m not thin and losing weight but I’m gaining at a steady pace. I’m not a large portion eater, I only eat 2 meals a day. I had a lap band for 9 years, had it out in 2018 and now also going through menopause. Stress management has been hard too because I suffer with CPTSD but I’m working on that. The main thing for me is to work on my gut issues because that is having an impact on my entire life and interferes with my work life too. Any suggestions where to start? Fix the stomach acid first and if so what should I try or fix the SIBO first or both together? I have no support here other than TH-cam. Please help

I feel like I just read a stomach history of myself! I had gallbladder issues and ulcer issues at the same time. I thought I would die! I tried everything and nothing was helping. Oh and I had lapband in 2007, worse mistake of my life. What cured all of my ulcers, black tarry stools, gnawing, burning, etc… MASTIC GUM! I bought the jarrow brand. I took 2 pills every morning on an empty stomach. When I ate my 2 carnivore meals, I took papaya enzymes for digestion. 3 pills with each meal. One before, one during and one after. You should definitely use this to help digest fats since you removed your gallbladder. You may start to feel better within 2 weeks of taking mastic gum, but continue it for at least 3 months. I haven’t had anymore stomach issues for a year now. God bless you. I know it will help you. The stomach pain is horrendous.

Other helpful hints watch Dr Jamnadas video on hacking your vagus nerve he has his sibo protocol at the end. Also watch his 2 other videos after that.
Do pelvic floor exercises and pelvic floor meditations. Add yoga Nidra. It’s more than just killing bacteria it’s getting your gut to function properly sibo is slow motility. Keep things moving I use an enzyme and I also take gut motility by enzymetica. ✌🏻

Now, however, after taking HCL the burping has become a major issue for me. It's non-stop and affects everyday life :( A few months after this happen Dr. Pimentel came out saying he NO longer recommends HCL for SIBO patients as it can FEED methane SIBO....I'm wondering if this is what happened to me and perhaps I sent my overgrowth into overdrive. Using hydrochloric acid (HCL) supplements for SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) can be tricky, especially if you have methane-dominant SIBO. Methane SIBO, also known as Intestinal Methanogen Overgrowth (IMO), involves an overgrowth of methane-producing archaea in the small intestine.
HCL supplements are often used to increase stomach acidity, which can help with digestion and reduce bacterial overgrowth. However, in the case of methane SIBO, using HCL might actually worsen symptoms. This is because the increased acidity can stimulate the growth of methane-producing archaea, essentially "feeding the fire".
It’s crucial to identify the type of SIBO you have before starting any treatment. Breath tests are commonly used to diagnose the specific type of SIBO by measuring hydrogen and methane levels3. If you have methane SIBO, treatments typically involve antibiotics like rifaximin combined with neomycin.

Great video! I would love to know your opinion on meal spacing when you have SIBO. Do you think it's best for people with SIBO (and for anyone looking to improve digestion) to leave longer gaps between meals (at least 4 hours) with nothing in-between or do you think people with SIBO should be having 5-6 smaller (but macro balanced) meals daily? And is there any bio-individuality thing we should keep in mind as far as meal spacing/number of meals goes when trying to conquer SIBO?

I feel like I would've "scored higher" if I chose when to breathe into the tubes...I haven't found anyone in real time/life that relates when I mention this sort of gas & not flatulence! From reading your comment it sounded to me like you maybe could relate, this is such a horrible and isolating sort of condition as there isn't a clear fix, testing & understanding are non existent to poor...I'm going to watch aforementioned video and likely buy this book. I am suffering with belching for 10 years. It has got worse during few months now. I feel my stomache full with a small bite of food, I feel lots of gas inside and lots of burping. I eat very small everyday and I have lost more than 10 kg. Doctors gave me antacids ppi s ,but nothing fixed my problem so far. I have loss of appetite and nausea as well. I am so weak now. I cannot do even everyday work.

Wanna talk about food sitting in the intestine? Vegetables do that to me all day and night. Meat... nope. Doesnt take anywhere near as much work to break down meat for me.

This is usually the case when the trouble is further down the line in the small intestine and such. Those who have more trouble producing HCL are usually the ones that feel worse with protein. How long have you had it and how long did it take to cure it with ACV and Water kefir

    • @7_Gerald

@@s.t.johnson3033 I had SIBO for like 2 months, but before that I already experienced the early symptoms and the severe symptoms last 2 months, I went to the doctor and the doctor told me to take PPI for 15 days and it made my symptoms go worse, I did my research and found out about probiotics, I started with low FODMAP diet with ACV then after a week I started Water kefir and slowly adding back all the fiber foods that I eliminated, after a month now I'm okay.
Just avoid eating foods with sugars, gluten, MGS, dairy, junk foods and other main contributors to acid reflux

Anyone that says they can fix SIBO fast is a quack. First of all there is no cure for SIBO, Only remission. You MUST deal with the MMC, migrating motor complex to have any hope for remission.
