also can i say على سلامته for he a nice guy and على سلامتك for you’re a nice person?

That phrase is actually often used in a negative way to imply someone “isn’t all there” or that someone is “simple minded”. So a better way to say “he’s a nice guy” is هو منيح or هو طيب

Ahleen, yes that term can be used to mean beard in Levantine dialects
However in the dialect I am used to, it isn’t used often
