    Do you think like people entrap themselves in their own head which is what often times leads to that self doubt that you’re speaking of the outcomes and losing out on the experience because of this vain expectation of “what’s supposed to happen”?

      i feel like thoughts are constantly coming into our awareness and to think about every individual thought is a little over stimulating and can cause anxiety, depression, etc. (obvi this is just my experience) i just feel like we aren’t taught to understand our feelings idk if I answered ur question :/
