To save dishes and for convenience, I blend the entire container of cottage cheese with an immersion blender til smooth, then I can use it for a flatbread recipe or as a substitute anytime you would traditionally use sour cream or mayonnaise.
If stranded on a deserted island and I can only bring five foods...the first two are cottage cheese and eggs. Can't live without them. Love the cottage cheese flat bread...thanks!
113g of cottage cheese. I tried doing another person's version of this and their times were off. I know ovens vary and all that, but it was still cooked in some spots and goopy in others. Even after trying to cook it longer. So I can't wait to try this recipe, I never had a problem with any of your recipes.

I just finished watching your garlic chicken I got through email, I enjoy your older vids lol always dark, very basic and no music in the background, not that they were bad, just easy and simple.
This did not work on parchment paper for me. It stuck to the parchment paper like glue, even after greasing the paper. Tried another batter in a glass casserole dish with no parchment paper. Pre-greased it and it worked like a charm.
@@OBethOK My recent attempt was that I cooked it using parchment paper. Then I flipped it over onto a pizza sheet that has holes in it to crisp up frozen pizza. Then fixed up the rest of the flatbread pizza and it still was not crispy, and was still not liked for the texture by my kid
@@OBethOK I tried again last night, but rinsed off the cottage cheese first. and let it dry. Then I mixed it up, cooked and so forth. Came out stiffer, but not crispier. Just an FYI
i need your help. im currently camping. my only way of cooking are pots and one pan and one burner stove. do you have any cool and interesting ideas how to keep my proteins up?

An air fryer is basically a mini oven. I use it all the time. Don’t forget parchment paper.

Has anyone figured out how to crisp up the cottage cheese flatbread? My kid likes the taste, but does not like that it is not crispy.

Maybe once its baked, flip it over? Also I use an air fryer and once it is baked i flip it and put it directly on the rack (which is like a screen).

For easy protein when I'm camping I always bring jerky, canned chicken/tuna/other, pickled eggs, and roasted edamame/chickpeas.
