I had dinner with BOTH of these legends in Atlantic City in Caruso’s Italian Restaurant in the original Golden Nugget!! In 1982. It was a night I’ll NEVER FORGET!! I was with them for 2 /2 hours!! I had met Frank a year earlier in 1981 at a charity dinner at Carnegie Hall!! He talked to me for a few minutes , saw I was alone & had the head waiter put me near him at the table.. I had $200 seats but Frank put me in the high rent district.. I’ve told this story in many Rat Pack/Dean/Frank sites on Facebook.
I’m 21 and was raised on Dean, Frank, Peggy Lee, Doris Day, etc. THE MUSIC NOWADAYS DOESN’T EVEN COMPARE! The class and charisma of the crooners and singers of this era will be missed!

When Deanna Martin was a teenager her Dad introduced her to her idol ELVIS....Now Elvis was a BIG Dean Martin fan....so when they met Elvis told her....They call me the King of Rock n Roll but your Dad is the King of Cool !!!!! After that she realized how BIG her Dad was...Dean was GREAT......Frank wasn't so bad either

There are good times today. It is tough getting in music publicly with the world having free access to every recording the instant it is put out there. Every city has great musicians today, playing for free in clubs, bars, subways, parks like my son Morgan at Washington Square Park in Brooklyn, New York every Monday till police run them off , guitar, keyboard, microphone and speaker. They play bars and eateries regularly for free . It's great when locals support their musicians all over the world like many do nowadays.
Classy and Badass all wrapped up into a Tuxedo!! Songbirds and Magnificent Entertainers!!! Loaded with never-ending Talents and Charismatic enough to melt all the 🧊 in Antarctica!! Just smooth and slick, Dino and Franky were Unstoppable!! ⚡️🙌💯
Bless them both.They entertained us and you don’t realise these are two of a kind. Never to be seen again. They made us laugh, danced, sang, made us feel comfortable from their stage performances. We still miss you, RIP and may the joys of laughter never die.😊

Frank sang with all of his soul in some of these songs. They emoted such brotherly love for each other. And knew how to engage the audience with their songs, their humor and laughter. I am so thankful we can be with them again thru TH-cam!
Saw them at the Sabre Room in Hickory HIlls, IL in 1977 when I was 13. $100 a ticket and a friend of the family got me a ticket, so my mother then could deal with buying one for herself and took me to this 500 seat nightclub. Frank was doing a favor for a "friend" by appearing here. I was very close to the stage, likely still the best concert I've ever seen.
Notice how sharp and articulate people were back then.. They could interact with the crowd so easily. Now, everyone is "socially awkward" and can barely hold a conversation!
People just don't know how great these two entertainers were, n most of all great human beans they were,GOD really knew what he was doing when he created both of them,no other entertainers come close, thank you both n R.I.P.
They're looked happy and had a good time whenever performing together. Bringing joys and laughing more, every time. Another great performance from the greats. They'll always be remembered.

I was at this actual concert. I have photos of Frank and Dean with the cameras following throughout. It was at the The Westchester Premier Theater. (No longer there).
Thanks for this rare recording. I would have liked to hear more of that beautiful, genuine voice of Dean Martin and less his tomfooleries, although I hardly could understand his speech. Sinatra brilliant in his "serious" performances. Fantastic if a transcription of their dialogs could be read.
