Heard them at Red Rocks this year play Grassroots front to back. Thank you so much 311 for the true people on tour. They still got it. Damn, they still got it. Would like to see them turn into a little more jammish band. Basically play all their stuff but just jam for a couple hours. Been down since 92 and have 120+ shows in my belt, love them to death. But would be cool as hell to see them just play, stroke, fog, jam, lights, and groove.
I was lucky enough to be from Omaha where 311 oriented from. While also living in Redondo Beach for several years back in the late 80s early 90s. Wish i could have been there for this concert.
I first saw these guys play at a bar in South Florida in 1996 and many times since. They still rock and can't wait to catch them at Sunfest next month.

Precell phone era 311 was a special event. You had to go to the ticket master window and hope you could get a general admission ticket to get on the floor. 311 from the pit and 311 I'm row 20 are different kinds of humans. Same but different.
