    Ive learned so much about NV in just a handful of your videos. The gap between industry and consumer level knowledge on this subject is vast. Thank you for closing that a quite a bit. Looking forward to making my first purchase in the near future

    Exactly what sold me to go with CNV! Talked to Kevin on the phone and that sealed the deal for me. Now… struggling with options 😂. Get the NL914C? I know I’ll regret it if I don’t just suck it up and get it now. They offer wraps, and all kinds of accessories on the website… killin me! About to pull the trigger on my order as soon as I can make up my mind. I’m like a kid in a toy store before Christmas. Man, what a fun experience. Aloha 🤙🏽

    All I asked for was a clean set of L3’s with no spots and you guys hooked it up. Very happy with my L3 Katanas.

    Your TH-cam channel definitely helped me with the decision to order my first unit from you guys. Complete transparency and great customer service. Not to mention the best prices for what I was looking for.

    Great video! Your behind the scenes view is what sets you apart from other companies. Completely transparent and attentive to detail. Inventory lookin fat! I have a question, If someone purchased a unit NOT through Custom Night Vision could they get repair services through yall?

    Nice. I need binos soon. My PVS-14 is cool, but after trying my friend's Act In Black binos, I need to step up my game.

    Really love this company, tried to leave you guys a banger review for my purchase, but got flagged for some reason. I still literally recommend you guys to everyone. My buddy is buying binos soon.
    Ps. When my wife murders me in my sleep it’ll be because of the services you provide. 🙃 ( disclaimer jk obviously TH-cam)

    I would like to see a video the explains more about the differences between tube brands for example the differences between L3 white phosphor and elbit white phosphor tubes

    • @kevin11288
      @kevin11288 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ok we could do that

  • @breadispeople5957
    @breadispeople5957 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    How about a video showing the differences between the Elbit xlsh & PH tubes that yall have? Really interested in the PH's but there isn't much out there video wise. Also, it seems like you guys are the only ones with them in stock online currently, did yall buy them all up?

    • @kevin11288
      @kevin11288 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The difference between them is simple. The PH tubes will be cleaner and have a smaller overall variance in spec. The XLSH are more likely to have blems (not every tube will have them) and the variance in spec is vast. 1800-2800 fom vast.

    Quick question, if there's a unit ready to ship built with rpo glass and I would prefer Carson is it possible to switch that over?

  • @realghostactual
    @realghostactual ปีที่แล้ว +4

    For people wanting to get into NV and all of the specs and diffeeent glass, housings, etc is overwhelming for you? Just contact them. You’re spending alot of money on these things, you should get exactly what you want. You don’t buy a car and not know anything about it until you drive away with it. In NV it’s the same

    I have a pvs 14 and want to upgrade to binos at some point. Would I be able to buy the remaining housing, glass and tube and essentially upgrade my mono tube?

    • @kevin11288
      @kevin11288 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You would need the housing, additional glass and a tube. We can sell you all of it and assemble your new device.

    • @genehanna3977
      @genehanna3977 ปีที่แล้ว

      @kevin11288 awesome! I kept my spec sheet so I could send that along with the options I was looking for to see about a quote if that would work?

  • @Spanishproject123100

    Could you ever do a comparison of Carson vs Argus glass? I hear Carson is so much better, but the only thing I've seen is that lights produce less halos. That and there is no offset in Argus to collimate them.

    • @kevin11288
      @kevin11288 ปีที่แล้ว

      We don’t use Argus glass.

    This is a racket. $800 to unscrew rear and front optics and swap them out? What do you throw the ones that were taken off in the trash? I guess we should expect this type of situation from a companies that are selling night visions tubes which are essentially CCTVs that were invented in the 20s. Then they buy up the competition like electron bombarded CMOS technology so they can keep pedaling their snake oil. Before you all say anything I have used night vision for years. A number of times on actual operations I just flipped the things up and used my eyes because they were having some sort of issue.
    It is awesome that you all have this good customer service. I know of a number of places that act like they are doing the customer a favor by helping them. My general frustration is how this technology has been hindered by the tube manufactures. So people with very deep pockets are the only ones to purchase. They do not like to be pushed to the back of the line. They want premium service and are willing to pay the $800 for a lens swap. I also equally feel for you all to have to deal with them and their "where is my order?"

    • @kevin11288
      @kevin11288 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Dude the 800 isn’t for the labor, the upgrade to RPO costs is more. You’re paying for the delta between the two optic types.

    • @toomanynamestaken
      @toomanynamestaken ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you've used NV for years, you'd understand what Kevin said in his reply, lol. Saying they charge $800 for a lense swap, not understanding the increased cost of RPO glass. You big dummy.
