- i install the painted custom made 3" exhaust and drive the 1978 Warlock out of the garage for the first time in 5 years, good sound clips and foot brake launches.

I am so glad this channel came up in my feed... hadn't even seen the video and I already hit subscribe. when I was a kid I walked passed a '79 Li'l Red every day on my way to and from school. I thought it was the coolest truck I had ever seen. Now I'm 42 and it's still the coolest truck I have ever seen. someday I'll have one... I hope lol

Btw we are the same age, probably around the same time in life I saw my first Lil Red, it was the coolest thing I’d ever seen. that always stuck with me, I knew I had to to have one. I was lucky to find one for sale local to me when I was 16. Have had it ever since. The warlock is a newer to me project. Thanks for watching!

My top end is all aluminum 10.1 compression 300 HP and 300 fp that thing sounds healthy brother i love it reminds me so much of mine i don't have stack's but now I think I want them
Stacks definitely add an amazing sound, especially when the tips are a foot from your ears lol.

That truck is beautiful. The paint work is amazing. If you did that then you have skills. The stacks make this truly a one of one kind kinda deal. They don't all have to be red.

Great job! If you have time could you do a vid were you go over where you sourced parts from and how you added the stacks. been looking but can’t find anyone showing how they added the stacks. Just brought home an all original 79 warlock 2 I’m going to polish back up and probably add stacks but not sure yet. Thanks for the inspiration and the great channel!

Good day! I am glad to see the tq running well. Have you pulled any plugs yet to check the burn?. I am curious as to if it needs tweaking or not.
I love it. The Hole shots in the garage are epic. I dont recommend using the wix racing filter. Its designed to live at high rpm so it doesn't have near the filtration as a standard filter so it doesn't restrict flow. I believe the racing filter is 40 micron and a standard wix is 20 micron.

What size Tire and rim's on the rear of that thing looks great! Try amsoil 20w50 zrod oil if you have a flat teapot Cam JS that is what I'm running right now and IT likes it alot

Nice work. I appreciate the videos and experience with these trucks. I was curious if you solved the headlight issue as I have the same thing. I thought it was the dimmer switch or headlight switch. All my other lights work as they should. I have not changed either switch yet. Thanks.

I miss seeing your trucks that black truck is bad as hell
To me, these older engines have so much of a better "sound" than the modern V8's for some reason...the sound of the newer v8 cars, with straight thru exhausts especially, just don't have the same sound....even though they put out big HP numbers, they just sound too "splattery" or "crackly", or something, especially the Ford engines..hard to put my finger on exactly what it is, but they just don't sound as good as an old SB or BB Chevy, Mopar, or Ford engine....
