So nice to find this video again, I loved it 15 years ago and I love it today. It really epitomizes what youtube is all about, just some dude in his room, face covered by a baseball cap, and he makes a video that has been viewed probably a billion times in total. Amazing!
I started playing guitar at 15, around the time this video came out. I watched it every single day completely mesmerised at how well Funtwo plays. I’m 30 now, married with kids and just watched it for the first time in at least 10/12 years and it gave me the same feeling as when I was 15. I’m so bad at playing guitar haha
Jerry C created the ORIGINAL ROCK VERSION of Pachelbel's Canon. Funtwo watched and uploaded his own version of Jerry C's Canon Rock. Both of them are legends of youtube for having millions of views for their video when youtube was basically new.
This video feels like a time capsule of the Mid-to-Late 2000's, from the Mouse on the desk, to the not-so-great dynamic range to even just the spindle of CDs in the background, it all feels like I just time traveled to a time on the internet where *everyone* was on FaceBook and MySpace, TH-cam was still in its infancy, and where anything seemed possible with computers. I really miss times like these. Rock on funtwo.

I remember back when I was a freshman in high school at the age of 14 watching this and here I am at the age of 29 watching this again finding myself just as amazed now as I was then by this dude's skills with a guitar. Still probably the best electric guitar/rock cover of any song on TH-cam.

그냥 제리 씨 99프로 똑같이 커버한거에 태핑 쪼금 넣는 수준인데? 삑사리가 좀 많지만 레코딩 차이로 소리는 좀 더 깔끔하게 들림. 완성이란 단어를 쓰기엔 좀 ㅋㅋ애초에 이렇게 편곡한 제리 씨가 더 대단함.

So nice to find this video again, I loved it 15 years ago and I love it today. It really epitomizes what youtube is all about, just some dude in his room, face covered by a baseball cap, and he makes a video that has been viewed probably a billion times in total. Amazing!
I started playing guitar at 15, around the time this video came out. I watched it every single day completely mesmerised at how well Funtwo plays. I’m 30 now, married with kids and just watched it for the first time in at least 10/12 years and it gave me the same feeling as when I was 15.

I remember back when I was a freshman in high school at the age of 14 watching this and here I am at the age of 29 watching this again finding myself just as amazed now as I was then by this dude's skills with a guitar. Still probably the best electric guitar/rock cover of any song on TH-cam.
