Mam, Hershey's cocoa powder isn't labelled gluten free in india, but i know many products can be Gluten free without the labelling, like Heinz ketchup. Did you use the unlabelled Hershey's cocoa which is available in india? Was it safe? Please reply mam.
Hershey's cocoa powder available in India is safe to use as it has been tested several times. However, for my brownies recipes, where i have used Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa powder, that one is Imported and states Gluten Free on it. You can use the following links to check out both Imported versions of Hershey's cocoa powder: Cocoa powder : amzn.to/3tMOIEz Special Dark Cocoa powder: amzn.to/3uEyc8y
@@DNuttyGrains thank you:), I've placed the order for the first one, the second one seemed out of my budget. And yeah I've seen your brownie recipe, I'm watching all of your uploads from like 4 months, and most of your recipes turn out to be a hit!
Mam regarding the imported Hersheys special dark cocoa powder whose link you have shared...I checked..eleven that doesn't have a Gluten fee label on it. Could you please give some clarity if possible. Thank you

Allergic to corn, oats, nuts, wheat. Can i use rice flour? Or what flour do you suggest?
What size baking tin did you use for this chocolate cake
It is a small 6" tin cake pan
Whst to substitute eggs with ?
You really can’t in this recipe. The eggs provide structure. Egg replacements won’t do the same
I used just egg it works great

Hi mam
Want to ask..what brand of GF corn flour do you use? I thought a corn flour powder( example..weikfiled ) is always gluten free only.
I don't trust weikfield corn flour/starch, so prefer buying wheafree or Newell corn starch
