It looks like a statue of Avalokiteshwara. Avalokiteshwara is a Bodhisattva ( a being who has delayed buddhahood to help sentient beings). He is the embodiment of compassion mainly in Mahayana tradition of Buddhism. Sometimes he is dedicated with multiple heads and arms to indicate that he is always there to help sentient beings. The famous mantra “Om Mani Padme Hum” is chanted to invoke him. Avalokiteshwara is also worshipped in a female form as Guan Yin mainly seen in China. In Tibetan Buddhist traditions, the Dalai Lama is considered as an incarnation of Avalokiteshwara. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong.
