    Thank you. Years ago I fell asleep reading a very thick book. My husband had a really hard sliding it out from my “death grip”. Ever since I’ve had pain in my thumb and the pad under it. We jokingly refer to this as my “reading injury”, but it’s no joke! I’ll do these exercises religiously.

    Fell asleep with the tv remote in my hand. Hand and remote got wedged between chair arm and my leg for a bit of time. Been fighting that pain and loss of strength for about 4 years. Went thru all these exercises and felt relief after first run thru. Couple more runs in the next couple days oughta eliminate.

    I started having thumb joint paint last night, and woke up with it this morning. I didn’t look for your vid, it literally popped up and began playing as I walked carrying my iPad! Now how’s that for AI?! Did all the exercises and it has loosened up. Fortuitous find. Thank you!

    Very helpful. The thumb circles with the band and sharpie rolls gave an excellent stretch. I have thumb problems from doing origami for 12 years. Thank you for your passion of helping people.

    Thanks for the upload doc! So I have an interesting condition one of which I cannot pronounce but it's commonly known as toe thumbs or murderers thumbs. They're missing a bone and essentially are shorter than my other fingers and kind of look like toes. They've made it hard to play the piano but I've adapted with the help of tape and popsicle sticks believe it or not. They played a small part in making it difficult to throw like a large softball but I adapted to that too and was on a team that won a regional championship when I was younger. I can't wrap my thumb all the way around the neck of the guitar stop playing a six string is kind of out of the question but I can rock a 4 string bass. Not great at hitchhiking that's for sure but on the plus side my thumbnails are very thick and strong. I have this ailment on both of my hands and it is definitely a trip 😎 the most known case of this in the public would be Megan Fox but I don't think my thumbs look like hers I think mine look a little better personally lol. But yeah it's just an interesting condition 😎

    Okay I don't have thumb pain but I have a trigger finger on my ring finger that I've been working on my wrists were crushed in 2009 I have plates it always feels like there's a band around my wrist like I'm Shackled so if you have any suggestions for that would be great❤🙋‍♀️

    Thumbs up (with no pain), but please... what’s the name of a condition which makes the hand or fingers just a little stiff but it doesn’t cause pain or affect your life really? I’ve been told to have that many years ago but forgot its name! Thank you for your amazing work here!
