I really appreciate your videos more than you can imagine. I taught auto shop in the early 80's for a short time and barely touched a car since. Now, I am subbing in an auto shop with much of the same equipment. I use youtube as a classroom aid and to educate myself as well. This weekend I need to educate myself on a hunter alignement rack. THANKS!
This helped me tremendously I just got a job at speeds auto shop and a vid like this was recommended now I have a general idea of how it works thanks alot.
You forgot to adjust the duck head to rim clearance. The lock level auto adjusts the height clearance but you need to turn the arm adjusting screw knob ( The knob next to the air gauge) to set the 1/8 to 1/4 side clearance so the duck head does not contact the rim.
Coats table top inflation system suck when it come to inflating tires. I have a Coats tire changer and I add the OTC 5700A inflation system and love it!!! You never have to pick up the tire to inflate the tire like you do with a table top inflation system
Thanks for the great lesson , ..question you said you use the clamps on the inside of the rim , cause it's a steel rim? It is not used on any other material rim ? For that you use the clamps ? Thanks
Assalamu Alaikum how are you brother brother I am also a mechanic like you I work in tire shop like you I have last seven years of experience can you tell me which mechanic is needed in your shop I am a Bangladeshi citizen I am 20 years old my name is Mohammad Arif Hossain

It’s best if you have custom rims to clan them from the outside
You should show everyone how to mount a 35" tire and using the bead blaster.
Great explanation and demonstration
Very very use full this video❤
Am I right by saying steel rims=inside rim clamp and alumiumn rims outside rim clamp?
Watch out for stock Ford rims they tend to use wrap around sensors that are directly across from the valve stem. (Newer fords)
The pedal shows on the diagram, lift the pedal up to move the clamps out, push the pedal down to move the clamps in.
Question do you have a used tire machine for sale?if you do I’m interested to buy one
Easy to use and effective
are you from illinois
