My first time to hear that Zimbabweans migrated to Kenya decades ago. Its to be recognized in a foreign country, but I would Like to thank President Kenyatta for recognizing our brothers and sisters in Kenya.Registering them as citizens shows his great character as a man of people. This how we live in the world, thumbs up to the President

I am applaud I have never the history of the Shona people being in Kenya and stateless especially knowing they are Zimbabwean..The Zimbabwean history has a lot of loop holes considering these people visited Kenya in the 1960s as Missionaries

Zimbabwe began in 1980... and the British Nationality act of 1981 sealed their fate as stateless... i do think there was some provision to obtain Zimbabwean citizenship...

Let it slide bana... She was only 20 and tried to explain their situation the best way she could. We know she meant that they have been unable to access government services and other essentials like the rest of us documented Kenyans, rather than them facing prejudice based on the fact that they're not originally Kenyan.
