      Yes Creatine will make you retain some water but to an extent and the creatine water retention will not cause you discomfort or health issues. It's only to a small extent, whereas bloating due to high sodium intake (Salty/spicy/junk food) is UNHEALTHY and caused health /heart issues as well as discomfort. so Creatine is worth the little water retention but SODIUM IS NOT. keep your Sodium low always and creatine is good if you actually lift seriously. Hope it Helps.
