Using the 3 pt tiller and landscape rake on lawn renoation

in this video i will be using the Everything Attachment tiller to start preparing a seed bed for this lawn renovation. I will also share my way of using the landscape rake to help smooth things out.

Would this be as good as a skid steer with Harley rake as far as leveling the yard? Looks great!

I would think a Skid Steer and Harley rake may be better but I can get the job done like this for a lot less money. I am considering a 3pt Harley rake for the tractor.
