  • Setpower 12v 24v AC Powered Electric Portable Overland Cooler Real World Test and Review. I do an introduction to the cooler, figure out how many watt hours it uses, then use for a trip to Myrtle Beach and back run off my 8D battery with Victron Solar Charge Controller and 80watt CIGS solar panel. I was provided the cooler for review but after using this, I will be brining on all my trips! It uses very little power, is very well made and keeps everything nice and cold!
Feel free to leave a message with any questions or comments. I will be featuring this cooler in my other bus videos once I pull it out of storage.

Pretty nice cooler. Would you run it off your truck battery if you didn't have a huge RV battery? Nice thing about that cooler is, you don't have ice taking up space, and water getting everything wet.

It can plug into your cigarette lighter, so guess you could put inside and run it. Or hook to your battery up front. I wanted it in the truck bed, so thought tossing a 160lb battery in the back would work - lol. That new LFP at 25lbs will be nice. Can run it for 4 days on a charge and can charge it in a few hours off solar. If I put it all in the backyard - I would have a perpetual electric cooler running forever.

It’s pretty nice. Will put it on my bus slide when going on trips. Will keep it in my truck bed whenever we go on a trip. Just too easy and works perfect. That new LFP battery will run it for 4 days straight. Also thinking that battery will run my pellet grille as well - with no cords needed.

@@CampPrevost that’s a great idea no cord to trip over make that little grill really portable 👍
