55,000 over 4 years is actually pennies compared to the price of the car. New, the car was 1.7 million before options and only needing to spend 13k a year in maintenance isn't astronomical if you can afford the car in the first place. For reference, that would be like if a 20,000$ car had a maintenance plan of only $800 in 4 years. Compared to the base price the maintenance is actually quite reasonable.

I would maintain the thing myself and put custom wheels and tires on that dont take the absurdly expensive factory rubber. Sure, maybe it wont be worth as much because i didnt take it to a Bugatti certified shop for work, but ill save hundreds of thousands of dollars probably in service costs over the course of ownership so it probably evens out😂

Get a Veyron get this warranty and put on 100k miles in 4 years.. Sell it for 15% less than the second cheapest Veyron after the 4 years are over. I know it wll cost you like half a million Dollar. But you will be the person that has more miles on a Bugatti than everyone else and who used it more than 50x owners combined. If you consider this it might actually not be that bad you got 50x the experience for an "relatively" affordable amount of money.
