Right?! This year alone I have given birth for the 5th time, raised 12 chicks up until they were big enough to live outside, potty trained a puppy, had a guinea pig have babies, and homeschooled my 4 other kids (in the middle of our 6th year). My husband works, and is very involved, he put the oldest 4 to bed every night for 6 months while I was wrangling the newborn and figuring bedtime out for them. This ain't it.

So there's really no excuse, she can "work" when her kids are in school! Also my mom was a single full-time working mom. I was in after school care until she got off work everyday! No nanny, no chef, no cleaning lady. These people now days don't know what hard work is. PERIOD.
I completely understand. Hubby was in the navy for 12 years. Did lots of deployments. I was a stay at home mom of 5 . I had pt jobs here and there but with him being gone a lot. I felt if I could stay home. At least they could have a parent home. I feel so blessed that I was able to. Now I work and he stays home with the two youngest ones. He’s a disabled vet.
Reminds me of a co worker, who said “wow, being a single mom is so hard, my husband went to dinner with friends Friday and golfed Saturday , it was so hard” .. literally laughed.. she has no clue!
Omfg 🤣 I’m crying. I’d love to tell her about the schooling while working full time with a new born and a four year old. Clock hour. 900 hours plus 75 of clinics in nine months. Don’t forget the five hours of homework and studying a night, taking licensing exams. Then laundry, dishes, preparing meals, bath time, story time, bedtime, and everything in between. While taking my son to audiology appointments an hour away every other month, carting my four year old back and forth to school, sitters and appointments. Making my own appointments somehow in the mix of it all. And doing it all practically on my own (with some help from grandparents when I have to work and can’t get it off). I’m perpetually exhausted, but I do it with a smile on my face and say “I’m doing great, thanks!” Whenever someone asks.
I’m a stay at home mom of 2 and my husband is a homicide detective in the Washington DC area so he’s basically never home and nobody else watches our children! I handle it 24/7 and yes it’s tiring to be responsible for my kids, household, etc. mostly alone but I’m happy to be able to be taking care of my children and would never act like they’re a burden. She kills me. She’s the one who wanted to be a teen mom and have 4 kids 🤷🏻♀️
Even if dogs get cold, that's why there are dog jackets...she can more than afford it. Even my tiny maltipoo goes for a walk in snow (booties/paw wax and jacket)...it's important to keep a dog active and have walks
My pitbull loved his little sweaters and what not. I live in northern canada. Cold 90% of the year and he gets walked every single day. Dogs deserve more then sitting inside all day.

No Josh...many Americans do NOT waste...especially plastic & paper products. I RARELY use "throw away" plates, cups, etc. Friends make complimentary comments when they come to my house for snacks/meals because even for large parties, we eat off of "real" dishes. But before ppl think that's expensive, I buy all of my matching dishes from Goodwill. I picked a glass plate pattern that is very common, & whenever I see a few of them on the thrift shop shelf, I buy them for a few dollars. That's what some ppl spend on buying 8 paper plates.

My dog was originally a Florida dog and then we moved to the cold and she freaking loves the snow and the cold! She hops around in the snow like a little bunny. Of course we limit her time outside but she’s perfectly fine in the cold when we take her out in it.
You know how low stress she is to be able to calmly and quietly write a list of things she needs to do later. 🤣 I'm so overwhelmed that I end up racing around in circles f'ing everything up, trying to remember the 100 things I need to do while attempting to get one done, accomplishing none, and start again the next day. 🤣

why can't people do research on the breed they have? Would I leave my dogs for an extended period out below 50F? No, because it isn't appropriate for his breed. Meanwhile, a great Pyrenees or Husky will refuse to come inside out of the snow. That looks to be some sort of hunting breed, he will be fine on a walk. If he is shivering go home?

Short-hair dogs like pit bulls do get cold easily. I have a sweater and jacket for mine. They start shivering and live by the radiator in the winter. And for creamer, liquid creamer goes in the fridge, powdered creamer can sit out.
I have five dogs, four of which I got in the winter (living in Chicago) and I not only walked all of them multiple times a day, multiple times when the temperature was in the negatives but also potty trained so it couldn’t just be a quick in and out. People who get dogs for ‘fun’ drive me crazy. They are living beings, not an accessory or a stuffed animal.

I live near her and it is not cold enough that you can't take your dog outside lol. Especially if it's just a walk and they're not just outside in the backyard for hours and hours (though some dogs love it, my husky LOVED being outside in the snow).

House training a puppy can ruin that house because you know that puppy is going to lose its cuteness when the teenage puppy years kick in when that puppy is almost a year old and tearing up everything and jumping and biting on the kids. You know she isn't going to train that dog and it's going to become something she gets rid of down the road.
Some places allow you to have pets while you are renting. But they charge extra for it. I don't think it's worth it. My friend's apartment said it was going to be another $200 for having a pet.
My dog is short haired and while he loves snow and cold, he absolutely gets cold when we go on walks in winter. I just use a sweater or a jacket. He hates shoes so we don’t do those. Some people do and have success. Also, the shoes is a little much for me personally, I think it’s a bit much. 😂 I also now live where the winter is mild. I used to live where winter temps could be as cold as -40° with wind chills so if you can walk your dog when you live in that climate, she can walk her dog when it’s only in the 30°s. That’s like, not even cold, in my opinion. 😂

No Josh...many Americans do NOT waste...especially plastic & paper products. I RARELY use "throw away" plates, cups, etc. Friends make complimentary comments when they come to my house for snacks/meals because even for large parties, we eat off of "real" dishes. But before ppl think that's expensive, I buy all of my matching dishes from Goodwill. I picked a glass plate pattern that is very common, & whenever I see a few of them on the thrift shop shelf, I buy them for a few dollars. That's what some ppl spend on buying 8 paper plates.

My dog was originally a Florida dog and then we moved to the cold and she freaking loves the snow and the cold! She hops around in the snow like a little bunny. Of course we limit her time outside but she’s perfectly fine in the cold when we take her out in it.
I WISH I had the time she has to write down her chores, to actually do my chores. Wow. 🤦🏼♀️
You know how low stress she is to be able to calmly and quietly write a list of things she needs to do later. 🤣

My dad is a veterinarian and it always baffles me when I hear stupid people talking about their pets 😂 I showed my dad the clip about taking the dog outside when it’s cold and he rolled his eyes and said he has to deal with these types of people all the time.

why can't people do research on the breed they have? Would I leave my dogs for an extended period out below 50F? No, because it isn't appropriate for his breed. Meanwhile, a great Pyrenees or Husky will refuse to come inside out of the snow. That looks to be some sort of hunting breed, he will be fine on a walk. If he is shivering go home?

Short-hair dogs like pit bulls do get cold easily. I have a sweater and jacket for mine. They start shivering and live by the radiator in the winter. And for creamer, liquid creamer goes in the fridge, powdered creamer can sit out.
I have five dogs, four of which I got in the winter (living in Chicago) and I not only walked all of them multiple times a day, multiple times when the temperature was in the negatives but also potty trained so it couldn’t just be a quick in and out. People who get dogs for ‘fun’ drive me crazy. They are living beings, not an accessory or a stuffed animal.

I feel like she went looking for information on a few select breeds that can't handle canadian/northern europe winters without a jacket or booties - just so that she has an excuse not to go for a walk because SHE did not feel like going.
I live near her and it is not cold enough that you can't take your dog outside lol. Especially if it's just a walk and they're not just outside in the backyard for hours and hours (though some dogs love it, my husky LOVED being outside in the snow).

Doesn't she rent? How can she have a puppy while renting? House training a puppy can ruin that house because you know that puppy is going to lose its cuteness when the teenage puppy years kick in when that puppy is almost a year old and tearing up everything and jumping and biting on the kids. You know she isn't going to train that dog and it's going to become something she gets rid of down the road.
Some places allow you to have pets while you are renting. But they charge extra for it. I don't think it's worth it. My friend's apartment said it was going to be another $200 for having a pet.
My dog is short haired and while he loves snow and cold, he absolutely gets cold when we go on walks in winter. I just use a sweater or a jacket. He hates shoes so we don’t do those. Some people do and have success. Also, the shoes is a little much for me personally, I think it’s a bit much. 😂
I also now live where the winter is mild. I used to live where winter temps could be as cold as -40° with wind chills so if you can walk your dog when you live in that climate, she can walk her dog when it’s only in the 30°s. That’s like, not even cold, in my opinion. 😂
