Poor Oscar. He wasn’t saying goodbye to that house, he was saying goodbye to the family he built and thought would last forever.
oscar’s video highlighted all of kyra’s losses. if you watch it again with that in mind, it’s all the more clear. hannah, winter, keren, alissa, kiki, the house, the memories, the family. it’s his way of shouting “THIS IS WHAT YOU LOST WHEN YOU CHOSE YOURSELF” every one of those people are in metaphorical graves to kyra while oscar has maintained contact with everyone involved. it’s a message
Wow… smh I’m sure it was a tuff decision for kyra to chose herself I’m so proud of her because she struggles with so much stuff. but as someone who actually knows someone who grew up with Oscar he isn’t as perfect as you think lmao. Just respect her decision she did what she thought was right leave it at that stop judging other women on every little thing they do because no one is perfect we are put on this eart to make mistakes and learn from them

I don’t think she will get jealous. Oscar and Kyra had some really hard times that we don’t know about. They will grow from this and be so much happier than they ever were. One thing they both are is good parents. They both love those kids with full hearts and that’s all that matters.

Oh absolutely, also I would assume he understands the idea of not sh!t talking the mother of your children publicly, no matter how bad she might be, which makes me want to believe he is a good person
Its really sad because from the start you could see he was hurting and then as time went on, it just got worse and now hes like her victim rather than it just being mutual heartbreak. He seems to have a good head on his shoulders and Im sure hes learned a lot from this but he will also struggle for some time which breaks my heart. Very sad situation for him and their family. I really comend him for taking the high road. It sucks shes telling everyone to just get over it, so selfish.

Kyra has literally been justifying the cheating since the beginning. In the original breakup video when Oscar mentioned that lines were crossed she said they didn’t need to dig into all that and then brought up how he wasn’t there for her through the times she had mental health issues. If I’m piecing this together right, the “line being crossed” was her relying on Preston and not Oscar and then justifying the cheating by saying Oscar wasn’t there for her.
It’s just weird to me that she ran to Preston for comforting instead of Hannah.. like what? Just proves she had bad intentions from the beginning. She always wants something new.. when it comes to things and people. Nothing and no one will ever be enough for her till she fixes herself.

This video is heartbreaking. In one shocking turn of events, Oscar lost everything. The mother of his kids, his job, his dream car, his dream house. This was going to be it for him. Imagine how awful that would be to have to process all the change he had to suddenly endure. He was completely blindsided. They grew up together! He probably thought they were just having a rough patch! Glad he’s doing better- hoping for the best for him!
He’ll come out on top 100% he’s a good dude and you can tell ♥️ learning from all his mistakes, accepting them and moving on with his life with grace. Whatever her name is not. She just continues to pour gasoline on alllll the fires she starts.

It must be so weird for the kids- like not only did they have a big change in their parents splitting up and all of the moving. But now their mother is dating preston. Who they knew as their old babysitters boyfriend. And more so a good friend. Like thats a lot. My heart goes out to the children. And I really hope Oscar is protecting himself and his money.
And so soon too. They went from knowing their parents together living in their home, to moving and now mommy is with someone else within a few months. How confusing and hard for the children… that is breakneck speed to uproot their entire lives
In the last video where Kyra is talking to her daughter, she asks her what she thinks of mommy's new boyfriend and the poor girl says something like it make her feel crazy in the head 🥺

I feel like Hannah's silence about all of this is to her benefit too though. Remember when Josh's source came forward with the Vegas thing? If I remember correctly she said that Kyra told her SHE was the third person in the beginning. I can only imagine, if that was truly said, that she was the third person with Preston AND Hannah. If that's the case then Hannah is no better- she would have been a part of ruining another person's relationship (Oscars). If this is true, I can see them having something like that to hold over her head. So she chooses not to talk.

I watched Oscar's video the day he posted it. It was masterfully executed and I had to pause several times. That was the most painful, raw video he could have ever shared of himself and he did it with grace. If Kyra can get through watching it without feelings of intense regret I would be surprised. I think we were all misty-eyed. They had so much together. Oscar carrying that memory board full of past-life pictures all throughout the house as he said goodbye to each room was soul-stirring. And that hole in the bathroom door that Kyra said he punched in their breakup video? You know what, good for him. At least he took out his frustration on an inanimate object, and goodness, I can only imagine the emotions he went through finding out Kyra was cheating (and with whom!) and no longer wanted to be with him, breaking up their beautiful family. A hole in the door only speaks to the pain he was in. That end clip, when he says he's going to miss this place and his voice cracks. Wow. My heart goes out to him. I truly believe Oscar is a good man and destined for even better things. Nothing will ever replace these memories of first love and first baby and first family that he thought would be forever. But I hope he finds stability, purpose, and peace in his life going forward. He is so talented and charismatic and humble. He's going to go far. I'm so glad he has close family and friends that are standing by him during this huge and painful turning point in his life. The fact that they stand by him through this and not Kyra is very telling. We wish you nothing but the best, Oscar. We see you, we support you.

So I’m not a fan of her, but several years ago he was so verbally abusive to her, she would be on live, put the phone down and “accidentally” stream their fights. He’s grown a lot in the last few years, but when you know some of these details, it helps piece together some of the story. Now it’s absolutely no excuse for either of them, they were way too young to fast track having children- but as much as ppl love Oscar- they both made crap choices

I live in Utah. The drivers license rules state that if you haven’t taken a test in your last renewal then you must retake an open book test.
Also, I think the “form” she’s talking about is one the DLD requires such as verification of address, social security etc. I’m not sticking up for that trash bag of a human but just want to help keep your info accurate. Much love ❤
Or she's had more than 4 traffic violations in the last 8 years. They make you retake the written exam if that's the case.
Renewing is such a pain! In my state we have to provide 4 pieces of paperwork with certain info and if you don’t have it then you have to go to the courthouse…UGH!! And same here, if you let your license expire then you have to retake the test.
@@Stevie37 This is true. My only point was to make aware that having to take the test wasn’t only preempted by doing something wrong or illegal.
I looked up Utah’s driving laws and it says they may require you to retake the actual driving test if your license is expired. Because she waited until her license expired, it looks like they chose to make her retake the test. And the written test is also required if you’re transferring from states, not just for expired licenses, so she would’ve needed to retake that one anyway, since it sounds like she has only ever had a California license
I’m wondering if she only had her drivers permit and never got an actual license in either state and she just won’t admit to that.
Kyra is the younger version of my mom, she put us through it as children and it sucked. My dad (not biological but he raised me and sticked with me even now at 31 he's my rock) was there and never gave up, and he was there for it all. I remember times he had to work hard and was busy but would take time to show up, once I was performing and I wanted my parents to be there but they both said it would be impossible but my dad took his lunch hour late and drove 40 mins to see me in his work clothes and all (he's the kind of guy that doesn't like to be seen not all done up so he wouldn't ever leave work as a mechanic but he needed to to come see me and be back at work, so did it), I cried like a baby when I saw him standing there clapping for me even though I sucked LOL, he hugged me and said he was so proud and then he had to leave but my mom who didn't give a shit worked only 15mins away and did not even bother. I also remember just last year my mom got a new guy and I ended up in the hospital due to pregnancy complications and she didn't even call me not once because he did not allow it, my dad though he came to visit every single day and called multiple times even though there was no visitation in the ward I was in, he would meet me out in the hallway bring me chocolate or little things to cheer me up. Kyra is gonna miss so much if she doesn't realize how important those kids are Oscar is gonna have a great life.

Man, Kyra’s life is going to come crashing down. She thinks life would be greener on the other side and is going to have lots of regrets. This is going to be rough for her. Thankfully the kids have Oscar. This whole situation is just really sad overall for several people involved.

There’s something about Oscar that is just so genuine. I don’t say that because everyone else says it I’d be the first to go against the majority if I thought that he was anything but genuine. I just get a sense that he is a really good dude. May he be blessed.

I was not expecting to actually cry watching this. The way Oscar ended that was heartbreaking. You could hear him choking up before he walked out the door.
Gosh I love Oscar so much, I’ve always favored him. I love how the video was basically just, “Look what you ruined, Kyra.” I really wish the absolute best for him. Also it would be hilarious if him and Hannah got together!!

When her children become teenagers/young adults and look back on the internet about what she did and the conclusion that thousands of people came to, they will be very resentful towards her and it won't be pretty! Everyone says we are our own worst critic..but that is not accurate, our children are our own biggest critic..that's why Kyra should think about "how this will effect my children" before making insanely selfish decisions like Kyra made. It is obvious how much they love their dad, you can see how they just light up at the sight of him. I wouldn't be surprised if he has full custody in the next 5-7 years.
I think they already don’t like spending time with her, especially when she sticks them in front of the tv or give them their iPads whenever she’s got them. Oscar actually does stuff with them and spends quality time with them. I bet they love going over there to his house.
Maybe also we should like about what we post and comment for their sake as well. I get she’s not perfect, but she is their mom, their blood, part of their literal DNA. I can’t imagine seeing this about my mom. I know she’s not perfect, I know I’m not perfect, I know your not perfect. But for the sake of the kids, no need to be so mean.

I am surprised you say I am being mean…I could’ve used far worse colorful names and adjectives than ‘insanely selfish’, she uploads this behavior to the internet. It’d be pretty simple to end the negative responses by not giving us bad behavior to respond to.
Honestly she was holding Oscar back. I’m glad they ended because it was super sad to see him want to go out and do all these adventures and he wanted her to be with him and the kids to be with him but she was too scared or traumatized or whatever and it made it super lame (imo). I feel so sorry that it had to end this way for him but it truly is for the better.

I saw you tear up a little at the end of Oscars video, and I was crying too! That absolutely breaks my heart, he truly loved her and his family and look what she did! He would of given her the world, he did and that wasn't good enough for her. You know what? My husband and I both had the loyalty talk before even getting together (both having been demolished by cheating) and now we have 2 beautiful children and have been married for 2 months. Could never imagine hurting someone so deep…. Oscar truly deserves the world and so do their children

Hey Josh! Great video! The last video (where Oscar and Kyra are hugging and she’s crying) is a video from back when Kyra had just found out she was pregnant with Averie. She was crying because she was telling Oscar she was kind of scared or worried about a new baby because their relationship was so good and she didn’t want things to change. She was also worried about Alaya not being ready for a new sibling who would take the attention away. So sad and I feel like he added that clip as the ending of the video on purpose.
It’s also strange that at that time she was worried about Alaya feeling left out and getting less attention with a new baby, but she chose seeing her kids less when she had her last baby girl and didn’t seem to care about the attention she gave her.
It’s like she’s bipolar and can’t control her emotions, she lives on highs like buying new things, making big changes, getting new coffee machines she won’t use, thinking it will all bring her happiness. But then getting super low and lying in bed depressed missing her kids after the choices she’s made. She def has some type of a mental issue that needs help like therapy maybe stemming from childhood trauma and she’s always trying to fill a void.
I bet that Oscar’s video is the reason she was lashing out like that on Instagram. She can’t control her emotions and she’s angry at herself.
When she said she hasn’t had one in eight years my jaw dropped!!! Why is she driving!!! And no, you don’t need to take a test. I had to renew mine and i did it at home online. $50 and it came the next week

With the drivers license thing, there are two guidelines to keep in mind regarding the grace period to renew a driver license after it has expired: The standard grace period to renew a driver license (without having to retest) is 6-months after the expiration date on the license. I think this is pretty standard, but could differ slightly between states in the US. hope that helps 😊

Heartbreaking. I come from a family where one parent cheated and as an adult I thinking back I could never wrap my mind around about how they could’ve had it all, a loving family, stability etc. But they throw it all away. I’ll never understand why did you throw it away…

She wasn't wrong. Oscar absolutely couldn't live his dream with her. He was never really able to. She was always dragging him down. She was always complaining and always negative with him in front of and behind the camera, think that was quite obvious! Oscar might have anger issues, but when you put up with people like Kyra, it's going to be extra hard to control yourself. It's unnecessary to be as miserable as she was. I really do wish the best for Oscar, I hope he learns a lot and is always successful at anything he does!

The video Oscar made is truly heartbreaking. Even though they had a family channel, he seems like a great dad from what I’ve seen. It’s heartbreaking for him and the kids. Hopefully when Oscar is ready, he will tell his truth. I think he hasn’t bc he still loves Kyra and bc she’s the mother of his children. He deserves better. Kyra will soon see the grass isn’t always greener on the other side and it will be too late.

I think the issue with a lot of people/couples, is that self comes before the good of the family. When you choose to get married and have kids, you’re choosing a life of sacrifice-and believe it or not, you get something beautiful from that. When you make life all about you and your happiness, more than likely you’re going to end up alone-either emotionally, physically or both.

In Oklahoma, if you have let your license expire, you have to retake the test before you can get them renewed. Had she taken the police report to the DMV they would've given her a new one without paying for it. And if you get pulled over with no license, you will go to jail. Why they let her go is beyond me. Maybe she showed some things to get out of a ticket. Our license here are valid for 4 years.

I genuinely don’t understand why anyone would even give Kyra the time of day or even make excuses for her. Her actions truly make her a horrible human being and she’s lucky that Oscar is more mature and handled everything with his kids in mind. She doesn’t deserve to be defended but he somehow still did. Props to Oscar for being the better person for the sake of his kids and I truly hope he continues to prosper in his life

If you remember when they broke up she said I didn't cheat and Oscar called her on it (emotional cheating), and she said "well you were comforting Hannah", yeah as a FRIEND.
Josh your such an amazing man. Your emotion for Oscar and his children is a beautiful thing so many forget that those children are real. This was their life that was ripped from them. I feel for kyra in only one thing, she thinks she did the right thing cheating but what he did with her he will do on her and she's going to fee such regret and pain.

In Australia if you don’t renew you’re licence within 3 years of it expiring you have to retest as you’re licence is cancelled.
I watched Oscar video of saying goodbye to the home and it had my very teary eyed. You could feel the hurt and sadness in that video 😢 I hope Oscar finds someone special!! ❤
Here in the states when you go to get a license from a different state, sometimes they make you take the test again. Even though you already took a road and/or written test when you originally got your license in your home state or whatever. You also have to bring different forms of ID/ proof of residency in the new state I believe, and your old license doesn’t just automatically count because it was from a different state.
I have never ever ever had to retake my drivers test from relocating to another state lol ONLY when I let it expire past two years

Im not going to lie, my eyes watered watching oscars video. Anyone that has been through a deep betrayal in a marriage and gone through w divorce with any children involved know the pain, of seeing the place you brought ur kids home to, for the first and the last time. I will never forget what it felt like to walk out the door with my daughters stuff for the last time. And now im crying fully 😢

Her license is probably expired. In my state if it’s expired for more than a year, you have to retake the test before you can get it again.
Kyra really tried to convince us she was just trying to be positive during the breakup video. It's heartbreaking to see how hurt Oscar was while Kyra was acting like a giddy schoolgirl in love. She didn't care because she had already moved onto someone else. Imagine spending YEARS with your person, only for them to get with a friends ex 3 months after they leave you. Sickening. I truly feel for Oscar. Although she wasn't that big of a catch to begin with! I know he can/will do better once he heals.
Also rewatching Oscars video… I think Kyra is definitely pregnant. Everything he mentioned in that video was for a reason & a dig at Kyra. I would put money on it that she’s pregnant!

I currently live in Utah. If you allow your license to lapse you do have to take the test again and essentially it's like getting it for the first time again. Have to pass all the tests. So if she allowed it to lapse, which 8 years 100% would be a lapse, she does have to do the tests. Also the law in Utah is that you HAVE to get a UTAH license within 6 months of moving here from another state. She could not legally drive in Utah for 8 years with a California license. I moved here from Kenosha County Wisconsin about 2 years ago.
My first husband left me for a friend of mine. We wasn't that close but she knew we had 2 kids and was married. They broke up our family and her family. She was married she had a kid too. Well they stayed together a few months then my husband wanted to come back home. I acted like I was gonna let him come home so he left this mistress. Broke her heart cause her Mom told me she did nothing but cry for weeks!! lol Well I had already met my now husband so I never did let my then husband come back. He was heart broken and went to live with his Mom. lol he tried for years to get me back but I have a husband that has never cheated, he doesn't even look at women when I'm around anyway. My first didn't care how bad he hurt me, he looked, talked to flirted with and cheated with several women. I was DONE and I am so happy! I have two more babies with my now husband and I look back and just laugh. Kyra will realize what she did and regret it BIG TIME!!
Oscar seems like an absolute catch! You can tell he has a huge heart. And I SO agree Josh.I wish we could all go back before internet and socials and I am so sad my kids won’t have the childhood I had in the times we lived in as young people
Oscar really is quite good with the filming and editing! I am more and more impressed on his work. But damn, I could not do a walk-throug like this without crying! We lost our family home a couple of years ago, and just the moving was hard enough.

I find it funny she is writing this out instead of speaking it because she probably wouldn't be able to keep a straight face without giggling. Also, I think the DMV probably requires another driving test if you let it expire for more than a year. She probably needs her birth certificate or social security card.
My sister had hers expire for over 2 years, due to depression & she wasn’t driving or even going anywhere.
She just got her license & all she needed to do was pay a fee for the camera card & then go take the picture. She’s in PA

Man… I feel for Oscar. I am a young mom with a 6 and a 1 year old. I’ve been with my fiancé for 8+ years now. I can’t imagine breaking up my family for some new (married) man. The grass sometimes seems greener on the other side, but it’s green where you water it!!
Shit, my man and I have been in the process of breaking up and I STILL keep my legs closed to everyone except for him… you hit rough patches, but you don’t go after strange taint.

I was trying to get a new license in Tennessee when I moved from Missouri and they told me if I didn’t have a physical copy of my license I have to take the test again. I think it was to cut down on people giving their license to someone else as a fake and then going in and replacing it.
This is so sad. You can really see how much Oscar genuinely loved and cared about his family. He’s a good one and she epically screwed up throwing everything away on her own selfishness. I hope Oscar finds a really solid loyal woman who he can trust and will be a good partner to him and step mother to his kids.
When you switch state IDs, they make you take the test again. When I moved from MA to CA i had to retake a test because the laws and rules for driving are different.

I think she came out on Instagram because Oscar posted his video and that’s why she mentioned all of those people that she is/isn’t friends with. And also with Preston being in her two most recent videos, I don’t think her video problems were only because of lighting. She’s probably been filming content and not being able to use any of it because Preston can be heard in the background or we can see his body, but not his face, within shots.
