This soundtrack makes me happy....makes me going to play !!! Awesome and Oustanding VERSION !!! This Sega Cd is the best home version ever of the unforgetable Final Fight 1 !!!!!
Agreed. The problem with the Sega CD was the problem that would go on to plague the Saturn and Dreamcast: the best of the console's games would not be released outside of Japan.
@@zetalive100: Yes, that is correct. The same Bernie Stolar was the man that that deprived North American Saturn owners like myself a vast amount of fantastic games from Japan. Also, the 32X was more of a Sega of America project to basically extend the life of the Genesis/Mega Drive along with the Sega CD/Mega-CD.
OMG The Sega CD version is da bomb. And, shoot, I just watched "Streets of Fire" today, which makes viewing this gameplay more awesome than it already is!
But seriously loved thus versionback in 93 used to smoke pot and drink frosty Jack cider-- 2 players with my pal, great conversion and i like the look of the graphics iv got the arcade machine, original board but i also like this version..
spend high and large only to have a better frame rate, that all this ver. has compared with the ORIGINAL snes. c'mon guys, no way this one been held as the best ver. of this piece.
Awesome playthrough. It would have been great if the Sega CD would have had some other desirable arcade ports such as X-Men Arcade, and The Simpsons. It really had the potential to be a great system. Unfortunately, we got a ton of ridiculous FMV nonsense that's virtually unplayable today.
I don't know how you perfect the timing on Edi E's bullets, but I would be having a hard time try to pull that off. You sir have like some death wish or something.
Great port but it's far from arcade perfect. The graphics have a very noticeably washed out and grubby palette plus some of the weapon sprites seem to lag when moving with the player. The CD score is really good but I'd have liked to have heard a Megadrive sound chip version too. Still the second best port next to the X68000 and that's something to be proud of.
Not really because the so called "Double Impact" is nothing more than the arcade ROM running on decades-old emulator. The Sega CD version actually required work and creative effort.
Good port, yes it is better than the SNES one, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that a CD game can fit much more in it than a small MEG sized cart, that cart cannot fit as much as a CD can. Of course the GBA Final Fight One version is great too (better than the SNES version as well), because you can use two different versions of Cody and Guy, and all stages are intact.
The music suck hard, it's just terrible. Doesn't fit the game. I would much more prefer normal music. not the CD type one. They waaaay overdid the CD music to the point it just ruins the whole feel of the game (IMO).
***** Well sega did make this version, if it had the CPS1 music, than this game would been made by Capcom. This was the closest to get an arcade perfect for the home console until Capcom Classics came in 2004.
***** your crazy my friend , this is one of the best game soundtracks ever recorded if anyone loves todays current crapfest music like pop and rap of course they would hate this sadly
This is the best looking and sounding version of this game I have ever seen, amazing quality.
That CD soundtrack is flawless.
Damn the soundtrack to the Sega CD version of Final Fight always blows me away with how awesome it is!
Best Final Fight version!
That bass line at the intro...wow.
This soundtrack makes me happy....makes me going to play !!! Awesome and Oustanding VERSION !!! This Sega Cd is the best home version ever of the unforgetable Final Fight 1 !!!!!
This game should have been a day 1 launch for the Sega CD. Developers could have done so much with this system!
N VEE true

Easily the best version of Final Fight.
Allie-RX Yeap, however this game has nothing on Streets of Rage 1,2,3
SuperHns This game has nothing on Elfmania on Amiga.
Allie-RX
arcade is the best version this version only has music over.
Allie-RX No, that would be the Sharp X68000 version.
Allie-RX I had this when it first came out and it was amazing. Especially after the disappointment that was the SNES version.
I had this on Sega CD. Classic Game!
that intro was so fucking cool. loved the part where Cody punches through the screen. GAH! THATS EXTREME MAN!
"It wasn't on the street... It was on a plate... On the street" LOL - Final Fight Broken Gear Fan Film.
OMG The Sega CD version is da bomb.
And, shoot, I just watched "Streets of Fire" today, which makes viewing this gameplay more awesome than it already is!
23:13 hello you two!
this video was worth it just for the Mega-CD 2 bios screen :P
So poison did have shorter shorts in this version, just like the arcade. Gonna get me a megadrive mini 2 now...
This mega cd version ROCKS
Better than the super nes version
With a excellent soundtrack and 2 player
😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸
10 times better than the snes version!
CD versus cart, I do wonder why.
100x
keep in mind that the mega cd [a] aisa version said oh my god
Yeah Japanese game developers didn't really have to worry about censorship, or US politicians coming after their asses.
Arcade perfect and then some
Martini Gaming plus it had less enemies on the screen at one time.
WAY much better than the US version.
Cool intro. I would love to had a mega cd back in the day but alas no. I think I was more focus on mega drive and the next gen.
Versão melhor que a do SNES. Sem contar o som qualidade de CD.
But seriously loved thus versionback in 93 used to smoke pot and drink frosty Jack cider-- 2 players with my pal, great conversion and i like the look of the graphics iv got the arcade machine, original board but i also like this version..
Poor Nintendo, even their "exclusive" beat em up is better on SEGA
It's not even an exclusive, lol. It's a port of an arcade game.
@@solarflare9078 not a port. But the rearranged song
Again, CD medium versus near 1st gen cart, on a small cart size, I do wonder why. Hmmmm.
Don't expect more fighting.
Why wasn't this considered the DEFINITIVE version of Final Fight? Why was the GBA version based on the SNES crude instead of THIS?!
spend high and large only to have a better frame rate, that all this ver. has compared with the ORIGINAL snes.
c'mon guys, no way this one been held as the best ver. of this piece.
The arcade is the ORIGINAL version.
DCSAmimd SNES version sucked. Only 1p, censored, inferior performance and removed Guy. Lame.
Parallax Craze There's that plus the music in the SNES version sounded horrible to me too.
xOmniCloudx
Agree. 2nd stage music for example, utter-crap!

1:42 to 1:57 Bra flicker
Cody As Marcos Andrade
I don't know how you perfect the timing on Edi E's bullets, but I would be having a hard time try to pull that off. You sir have like some death wish or something.
Appears to be a cheat on as never took any hits thru entire game..
Haggar : You Son of a What have you done to her
Poison As Alicia Rodriguez
Had this been a 32x CD game, the colours would’ve been better, otherwise this version 🇯🇵 💿 is perfect!
The sound is AWESOME but the graphic, well..

Best version until the Double Impact version on PSN and XBL was released.

FINEARUUU FAAIIGHT!!!

this re arranged OST sounds so out of place with the game
Indeed. That's why I hate it
Better than Streetfighter 2 SNES!
onna koroshi
Music is miami vice on crack😳
Why isn't Cody in jail?
To answer your question, he doesn't end up a convict until the events of Street Fighter Alpha 3. By the way, who is the girl in your avatar?
Yeah I knew the answer. I was just baiting. The answer to you question is Lola Monroe
jinxfire Thanks for the info. I'll definitely look her up.
For play this version you Need to invest at the time 700$ for console and mega cd.....a very failure add on
Poison is not "her" - he and Roxy are transvestites.
At least that is the BS Capcom USA wants us to believe.
Nah this ain't better then the Sega Genesis version
2nd
I still think the nes version is better.
your kidding the snes was a horrible version no 2 player and guy was cut out from it and their was a lot of things missing in the backgrounds
Joan Agrossa he meant by the nes(mighty final fight)not the snes version.
@@louiskeiflin5858Well the NES version is its own game not a direct port.

I wish the voice could been turn off and have subtitles instead.
I AM IRONCLAW! True, the original version(arcade) sound better.
I 100% agree with you. This is so fucking bland compared to the arcade version, and dare I say even the SNES version as well.
