Chicken Cordon Bleu Meatballs with White Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup breadcrumbs (real bread crumbs)
1 kilo ground chicken
200-300g ham, chopped
2 eggs
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Cheesy SAUCE
1/2 block butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 can evap milk (Angel) 370 ml
1/2 cheddar cheese & 1/2 cup quick melt (Eden)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Breading
1 cup flour (add more if needed)
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
Oil, for frying
