    Cordon Bleu ang best seller sa Catering Service namin. Pero nang dahil sa COVID, di na pwede ang gatherings at parties kaya wala din kaming catering. Pero kahit papaano may mga loyal kaming mga clients na hinahanap hanap ang aming best dish. Saludo ko sa mama ko dahil sa tiyaga niya, hindi kami nawawalan at nagkululang sa mga pangangailangan namin. More power lagi sayo, Ninong Ry

    onting advice po sa pgcoat ng cordon bleu, pra mas lalo kumapit ung breading nya, Let it rest atleast ilang hrs sa freezer or chiller. mas kakapit sya and hindi maging soggy kpg naluto and rest ng onti kpag luto bago hiwain😉😀 naalala ko lang dati nung nag work pko sa kusina way back.
