Chicken Cordon Bite with Sauce

  • Tired of Making the Traditional Cordon Bleu? This Cordon bleu recipe is much easier to do, No need to refrigerated and No Need to use Tooth pick or Cling wrap / Plastic. Cordon Bleu Bites or Balls is made of Chicken Breast, Ham, Cheese, seasoned with salt, paprika garlic powder, then coat with Flour, Egg and Breadcrumbs then deep fried. We Also make the Cordon bleu White Sauce.
    Ingredients:
    500 grams Ground Chicken
    4 Pieces Sweet Ham
    2 Pieces Egg
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    1 & 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    White Pepper
    1 teaspoon Paprika
    Bread Crumbs
    All Purpose Flour
    White Sauce:
    3 Tablespoon Flour
    2 Tablespoon Butter
    250 ml Milk
    White Pepper
    1 teaspoon Salt

    Ummmmm... That's just white peppered gravy which isn't going to be tasty on chicken cordon Bleu. You need to make a white cheese sauce. Just make the gravy like you just did then buy swiss cheese in block, then shred it and place it in after you stir in the milk, until completely melted. Here in the south we love our gravy's ,white pepper gravy and brown gravy. We're also experts on cheese sauces, because we love making macaroni and cheese from scratch. So trust me on this one, because it will make your pallet sing with delight by making a cheese sauce, instead of white pepper gravy.❤
