I will never forget this recipe Chef because I had a funny experience. Remember I told you I love watching your videos during my shift. So while working I fell asleep and dreamt of the last recipe I watched which is your Chicken Cordon Bleu. So when the phone rang, the customer told me he needed help with his license and I replied " you need to slice the meat, cut it into half, and then hammer hammer hammer". Then he said what are you talking about?, he hang up. I was really half awake and half asleep at that time. Memories of your Chicken Cordon recipe..hahahaha

Yes you can but it will be a bit more difficult to roll with the tendons. But sure do give it a try. I am not a chicken breast person myself so I can relate.

Nagpapaorder po kami ng ganyan and sideline ko po cya para makatulong po ako sa husband ko. And gustung-gusto po cya ng mga clients po namin. Dun sa sauce po ay may isa pa po kami ings. na inilalagay.
No need to precook the ham because it is already cooked when you buy it. I use Eagle plastic wrap or any brand of plastic wrap. You can use any plastic sheet. Cling wrap will also do.

Pwede but better if you freeze it. Take it out an hour before you fry.
