What is the wiring to the carb for? Fuel heater or something I read?
yes a carburetor heater they're only on there for a cold climates that keeps the throttle blade from freezing opened when you're riding ( example) in snowy conditions or something since the fuel atomizes it gets even colder plus cold temperatures it can make the throttle plate freeze and stick open.
