One of the better Tik Toks I've seen, is someone recreating Wii Sports Bowling in real life. They do the awkward aiming and throw, and show a strike, then towards the end, they show throwing the ball backwards and everyone jumping up and spinning. I got a kick of nostalgia out of that.
I feel like Wood doesn't give himself enough credit. i LOVE his videos, and I really value his opinion and what he has to say. Specifically when he does game reviews, I really like to know what he thinks and if he recommends the game. It's comforting to know that other people also see Wood this way as well. But honestly, these reaction videos are really funny and I'm loving them!
To me Wood is the BEST Switch content creator. Funny, chill, informative good vibes and wholesome. He also keeps it real with us for the most part and being himself so he deserves the love
A lot of the joy that comes from tik tok isn't exactly very different from what's on twitter or other platforms. Watching someone come up with a decently funny meme/ joke and then seeing that meme be done over and over until it's used for the most niche of interest and devolves into madness is really funny. You have to engage with the platform for a quite a bit before you start seeing that stuff.

i had rope lights in my old room for a couple of years and after our kitty at the time had eaten through the cable for the sensor. we couldn't play wii games for a bit but still wanted to use the gamecube portion. found out after trying to fix the cable that pointing the wii mote at the rope lights worked enough to get to the disc channel and start the gamecube game or just a virtual console game with gamepad support.

Finally someone said it. Problems with the controls are like 98% a skill issue, you assumed and did not understand the prompt... okay maybe like 80% skill issue. 75%... Seriously though, everything in that game is controlled predominantly with sixaxis, meaning tilt. The motion controls NEVER cared about what side of the body your hand is, left right, up down, and anyone who has played the rowing game should know this, pulling the control to your left, but still having it tilted right, fail every time. Raise your hand above you're head for a Skyward Strike, wiimote pointed freaking backwards, fail every time.Try to swish the net by flinging it side to side, freaks out, swish the net by flicking you wrist, get them damn feathers.
Props to the dancing kirby man for the confidence to make that video, but that reaching 1.1m likes and this video only having 4.8k (at time of comment) is why I gave up content creation....I just; I guess I've hit the "I'm too old to get it" phase.
The algorithm is so weird on tiktok, but you did a decent job trying and found some great content. Maybe you need to be the one to bring the Nintendo Content up to par on the platform!
