I think you are recording using obs or some other software. Use capture cards so that the actual fps doesn't take a hit. Aslo dlss is an available option to increase fps.

you are using 8gb ram and i5 10gen so that's why fps is low . you should increase the ram atleast 16 GB then you get maximum prafirmenc of the game. ❤

mhz and mb are different. Mhz represent the speed of the ram. gtx 1650 has ddr5 ram and rtx 3050 has ddr6 ram. Thats why it is faster.

It is equivalent to GTX 1650 (50w) but 1650 is more powerful in terms of performance
