This Race is the Best Ever. Under 26 minutes was achieved. This is truly incredible. In a 4-year period, this race would have even reached 25.49 if there were no time losses, but this is incredibly possible. Muty needs to work really hard to beat this. Throne Kananga

Great run it's been quite the journey, I started running the game just shortly after you got your first sub 27 (I think exactly a minute slower than this run ◡̈) it's been a great 3 years seeing the community grow, strats being developed, and mechanics refined to push the game to 25 minutes. ❤❤❤

I always knew we would get here but it’s still hard to believe. I still vividly remember when you got world record for the first time and now you are the first to knockdown what will probably be the final minute barrier in scriptless. Your grind has been nothing short of inspiring and im looking forward to seeing what you will continue to do in other catagories!

Just watching this in itself is amaaazing. You are extremely skilled. I really appreciate the explanation you put together with Tomatoan(g)us though. Understanding the challenges and how you deal with them makes watching this even MORE amazing, including the clips of unrelated oddities you added.
Many years ago I saw a video referred to as "Halfhour Half-life", which was an insane experience of getting through HL in about 30 minutes. Here's the thing though:
It was multisegmented and used scripts. Still amazing to watch even now, and the scripts allowed for some really weird and funny tricks, but it adds perspective to how much of a feat this is. I'm going to see if I can find more recent, scripted speedruns.
Thank you for showing this off! This is my equivalent to watching athletic sports, and I find it MUCH more fun and thrilling than any athletic sport.

What's the difference between scripted and normal run?
The definition of a script in HL speedrunning is using one key press to perform multiple actions, in scriptless every input only performs one action.
You can use scripts for a lot of things, most important is probably the bunnyhop script that allows you to perform perfect bhops without ever slowing down from friction.
But there is a lot more, objectboost script, changelevel delay and much more
