Beech mein 1- din toh easa hota hi ki agar 1 samay sambhavi nahi kiya toh uthna muskil ho jata hai. Mein shoonya dhyan bhi karunga cope up keliye.Filhal sambhavi aur aashwini mudra schedule mein hai aur uske baad guru ji ne jaisa bataya.
