Can this machine hold on for continuous roasting in 6-8hrs?

Is this roaster capable of roasting sample batches around 200g? connected to Artisan. Or it works well only with 600g?

For sure, BT artisan probe located low to read smaller batches.

I have been seriously thinking about purchasing this machine. Can you tell me what type of power supply is needed? I’m in the United States and have a standard 15 amp outlet available.
Does this machine require a specific amount of voltage like a dedicated 20 amp line?
Also can I use a standard BBQ propane tank for the gas?
I’m hoping since it’s gas heated it won’t need too much power.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

HI Dominick, thanks for questions. The roaster use 12 volt DC power at max 4.3 amps. I supply the roaster with the power converter fitted with a USA 3 prong plug.

hey , must there be a break between each roast or can you just drive on👍looks very Nice this roaster , if you want to roast the same profile each time , Will it be possible , or you have to change everything each time , you change gas and air flow , so you cant program it to a specific profile ? 👍thanks have a Nice Day

Hi, continues roasting is possible . We have customer that has roaster over 1 ton since Feb 2019. No programming, this is hands on roasting for best results.
